She took her time to look over my entire house and made suggestions and asked questions. We agreed on a price and I agreed to pay extra to have even more detailed work outside of the normal scope. Joung arrives with documentation in hand. You can see her license and liability insurance certificate. She one again followed up to confirm the cleaning appointment. They showed up very early to accommodate the carpet cleaners which were arriving on the same day. The cleaning job was beyond my expectations. I have used cleaners for other client jobs and am never quite impressed. With Joung's service I was impressed. The house looks spotless. Every nook and cranny is clean. The fridge and stove too look better than I ever had it looking. She checked in after the job to make sure I was satisfied. I don't think you'll find anyone more professional, caring and proud of her work. I felt taken care of the minute we first communicated. She kept her appointment and delivered, I will happily recommend her to anyone in the area. My house received offers as soon as it went on the market. They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

They not only cleaned my kitchen, but even organized the stuff on my counter top really well. They took out stuff from the cabinets and refrigerator, and cleaned the inside very well. Quote was $350, but they ended up working for 4 hours for my 1600 sqft 4-storage townhouse. Charged me $600 at the end. Not a good news to me but I'm happy with the result. Will hire them again.

I was still in the process of moving a few last items, and each team member was friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout. The cleaning was extremely detailed, and i am very thankful for their thorough work. I was especially concerned about lingering pet odors since I have two cats, but the team used special products, and by the time they finished, there was no trace of any Cats living there and the place looked and smelled great. Scheduling was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I had called several other cleaning companies before finding Majestic Maids, and many didn't even answer the phone. We reached out to several businesses looking for a DEEP clean (including our regular cleaners) and Priti not only reached out immediately but made herself available the very next day. She worked 11 hrs each day for two days and cleaned literally everything ( blinds, baseboards, windows sills, light fixtures etc) as well as all other typical cleaning and brought our "construction zone" back to a home! After living in that environment for 2 months (length of flooring project) it's hard to articulate how we felt after job was complete!
