That evaluation was part of several issues that led me to run away from a money-trap property. Eventually, I found a home to purchase and have used Kennon for HVAC work since. My AC decided it was time for a stunt in the middle of the hottest week of the summer on July 3rd. Kennon was running holiday hours and staff for the weekend, not surprisingly, but they still managed to work me in and quickly replaced the capacitor. Christopher was quick and very kind.

You all know HVAC systems can cost an arm and a leg, and I did not want to be caught by surprise. Their sticker was on the furnace, so I figured I would give them a call. I assumed they either installed it or were responsible for the maintenance, so having a unit history was vital to me. Every person I talked to was friendly and compassionate about my concerns when I called. They immediately set up an appointment. The best thing about the appointment was they asked me when I was available. In my experience, companies tell you what days they have available. If you have ever read any of my reviews, you know how big I am on customer service. The initial experience will undoubtedly keep me loyal. They came out and did a complete check-out of the system, made some suggestions regarding the outside unit to keep the coils clean, and recommended signing up for their comfort membership plan. I opted to give the membership a try, and I have not been disappointed. They have been consistent with keeping my HVAC system checked out over the year as we change from heat to air. On this most recent visit, Caleb K. checked out the system. He noticed my drain line in the attic had a dip instead of a constant downward grade. We all know what happens when water collects and cant flow. It could have had the potential to back up and cause a water leak. Another thing, during the winter service, the technician noticed that my pan float switch appeared to be damaged and not working. He replaced it with no problem. I can truly appreciate the attention to detail. If you are looking for an HVAC company, I HIGHLY recommend Stuart Pro as they have always been friendly, personable, and professional. If you decide to use them, tell'em, Drew sent ya! Yall be easy! Drew

Worst company ever! We have had three separate issues in our new construction home with our AC…read moreunit. Four weeks ago they came out because unit was freezing up. They stated nothing was wrong. Then, a week ago the entire unit broke and temps rose to 95° inside our home. They told us it would be a week before they could even get a technician out here to look at it again. My husband and I called and told them this wasn't acceptable since we have children in the home. They ended up sending someone out that same day only to tell us that now the coil in our unit was broke. Thankfully, it was under warranty, otherwise they told us they would have no idea when they could get the part in. Apparently only units under warranty can get parts like this coil right now since they are low on stock. The new coil was put in a week after the technician came here to tell us the issue. He told us everything was fixed and everything is now fine, but the very next day the unit froze up again. This company takes no ownership over their faulty equipment. They take no ownership over their quality of work. They take no ownership in trying to find solution as quickly as possible. I would give this company zero stars if I could.

The previous homeowners asked for ALL warranties to be transferred with the house strictly because it was being installed for us. They specified all warranties.
