Before we even made the move, Ashton spent time on the phone helping us narrow down neighborhoods and align our search with our top priorities. When it came to viewing homes, she was direct, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Coming from the Northeast, we were totally unfamiliar with local structural nuances like stucco exteriors, but Ashton proactively pointed out exactly what to look for. Her expertise didn't stop at finding the house, either--she connected us with fantastic local vendors, including a great mortgage broker, cleaners, electricians, and engineers for a retaining wall project. Her guidance on crafting a competitive offer got us the home we loved, and the entire paperwork and closing process was seamless and efficient. We were genuinely amazed at how effortless buying a home from 1,000 miles away could be. If you are relocating or buying locally, you could not ask for a better advocate than Ashton!"

His response was to use his closing-document attorney to send us a nasty and harassing email threatening us if we persisted in our reasonable request! That misguided action speaks volumes as to the judgment of Owen Welch -- any decent person would have just sent us the information as to our rights, but instead he preferred to deny those rights to us while having taken a large fee for doing very little work selling our former residence. BEWARE THIS FIRM AND ITS REALTOR OWEN WELCH, WHO WAS UNTRUSTWORTHY TO US!

I have known them for a couple years now and i cant say enough good things about them because they are just genuinely all around good people. They really do care about their community, they are very selfless and are willing to help folks who need it, the way they represent themselves with honor and integrity is the real deal, you can trust, they do what they say, veteran owned, and very patriotic. I personally know Owen and Warren best but I do think highly of the rest of their team and I would and have recommended them without even having to worry about if my clients are taken care of. They actually helped sell my Wife's grandmother's home and were very engaged the entire time to ensure she was in good hands, ive been at homes with Owen and he is a true professional who is down to earth and you can relate to. If I were ever in a bind and needed advise or help, they would be there. If you ever need their services they wont let you down for sure. You will likely make a great friend in the process!

For potential homeowners looking to use this broker: run! I…read moream a tenant that has been through hell from these two. I moved in June 2018 and didn't receive the HOA covenants until Oct 2018. Having never lived in an HOA community before I didn't know how strict rules were here. The property owner received notices from the HOA about garbage cans and parking- rules I was unaware of due to their negligence. Spalding Brokers then labeled me as a bad tenant and have harassed me since then. I also received a notice to vacate at the end of my lease term (June 30 2019) in December 2018 because I disagreed with the HOA issues being my fault when I was fully unaware of the rules until October. I have a friend over that I allow to hang up shirts in a closet so he doesnt have to live out of a suitcase and they entered the property, took photos and are trying to use them against me stating I have another person living here and am in default of my lease. A house guest I gave them 2 months+ notice about that they deny receiving....I have all texts and emails saved. This type of property management drives away great tenants and doesn't allow you to have a long term person. I suggest going elsewhere where your tenants will feel safe living in your rental homes and not attacked or harassed. Regarding their response: the "handicapped" space wasn't a handicapped space. It is now that an ADA complaint was made and the complex had to make it a legitimate space and repaved /repainted the entire lot. The offer to call and discuss anything with this company is a joke! I have done this multiple times with no response. Also, they are now demanding a property inspection and it's on a day I work all day and they want to be there at 1:30pm and will not budge on time to be accommodating so I may be there with them to work this out. So, what exactly is there to discuss? You do nothing to properly assist your tenants. You are hands down the WORST management company and I cannot wait to be free from you. Tenants and home owners BEWARE!!
