When I contacted them through their complaint process, I received polite automated-style replies thanking me for contacting Mister Car Wash and promising that a team member would reach out. Instead I got another generic message saying they received my inquiry, asking for patience, and telling me not to submit multiple requests. No one confirmed whether they still had the mats or offered any real help--just that I should come in and look myself. I'm disappointed. The wash itself has been fine, but losing the factory mats and getting only form responses after paying premium prices is not acceptable.
