It was the server that was serving the table next to us. She never said, "oh I'll be right with you", even after she went to that table 5 times. They kept asking for drinks and crackers and more items. After I approached the hostess I saw them flag her down and ask her to serve us, not sure if she was supposed to go home, on break or what the breakdown with service happened to be. After the hostess flags her down she comes up to our table and asks for drinks, no apology for the wait or having to flag her down to get service. I said we have been here for 10 minutes, we are ready to place our full order. We order everything. It takes 11 minutes to bring 5 waters, 2 sodas, and 2 bottles of beer. This is after the place has now cleared and is quiet inside. 85% of the tables and bar are empty. 28 minutes later our food arrives. She never came back to ask for refills. She had two tables at this point, ours and a family of 4 behind us. After the food was delivered and we were eating I glanced over to the bar to see the manager, hostess, bar tender all eating chips and dip at the bar due to it all slowing down. The server came right over to ask if everything was ok and began leaving before we could answer. We would like more drinks. Buser never cleared our table. I had to put dirty dishes on the table being cleared next to us. Service was negative stars. I have two stars because the food was really good, the environment was ok. Some cobwebs in corners and the building is a little shabby, but it goes with the vibe. I would rather have stellar service and ok food than great food and not great service.

The staff member gave us bonus quarters while we waited for the machine to be filled. 3 machines broke while we were using them - all running out of tickets. The staff were able to correct the issues immediately. The prize area was limited but the staff there was very nice and encouraging. Even after we were past closing time and the kids couldn't decide on prizes. Ticket and non ticket games available. Restrooms are clean. We had fun while at this location. There was a long line for ice-cream and it was closed by the time we left.

The wine made it for two sips and I truly enjoyed the double IPA! My wife ended up switching to a blackberry sour they had on tap. We utilize the marketplace food truck. There was a combo special paste it on their side for smoked wings and smoked ribs. Combo with one side. My wife ordered the meat eaters flatbread. We also ordered an additional side of shoestring fries. I thought my smoked wings and ribs were absolutely delicious! After some seasoning, the shoestring fries were OK. Unfortunately, the meat eaters flatbread really needed some additional seasoning. Italian seasoning? Oregano? Just something more. That said, we can fully recommend the Raquette River Brewing! Great beers, and a very clean and lovely environment. PS, our server did a great job as well! She was friendly and professional! We even walked out with a crowler of American IPA!
