When a pair of sports glasses I ordered with prescription lenses did not fit, they refunded me the cost of the frame and lenses. And most recently, when I ordered new prescription lenses and the lab broke my frame, Brad was able to get a partial reimbursement for the cost of having to purchase new frames. I recommend this eye care center very highly!

I asked about a drooping eye, and they said they'd have to refer me somewhere else as they couldn't diagnose it. Well that cost me an additional $50 plus my insurance paid $119. I was struggling with the prescription, and that was my main concern. I was trying to figure out why it wasn't working for me - including the possible dropping eye. Turned out it was the prescription, and now I'm just fine, but it still cost me an extra $50 after I already paid $102 (insurance paid $367) so they made out $ on me. Needless to say, I'm switching eye care centers.

I'm sure she was hired to help customers fit their glasses and help them pick them out, not to make sarcastic remarks roll her eyes and be rude. Because of her extreme rudeness, I will also not be going back to Moore Lake Ophthalmologist.

Finding this eye care center was easy, the staff was incredibly professional and kind! I'm currently on crutches so just the small act of letting me sit and bring the clipboard and paperwork to me versus making me struggling and stand at the counter meant a lot to me. I met with Dr. Beers and he was very patient, answered all of my questions, and helped me feel comfortable about my eye options. I had lasik in 2015 and my eyes aren't terrible but slowly getting a prescription - he made it super easy for me to fax my charts and papers over to my lasik provider to maintain my lifetime warranty and it was overall a really great experience! I have had terrible eyesight and have needed glasses since I was 9, going to the eye doctor is equivalent to the anxiety most people feel going to the dentist and they really put me at ease. I'm glad I found them and will be staying with them as long as they'll have me as a patient!

They have treated me with disrespect, very condescending and got very mean spirited when all I was trying to do was get my $417.00 refund back. They couldn't credit my credit card because they received a new card reader that would not credit accounts from the old system. They sent the first check to a wrong address. They make it out that it's my fault and I should go to the post office and straighten it out. Fridley is the one that wrote it wrong. They said they corrected it, but the second check went to the same wrong address, I was lucky enough the postman figured it out and I got it. I'm still waiting for a check from October and the act like they do t know how to take care of the problem. Today the business did not open!!! I think a professional business would put a message on the phone.

Frames and lenses are overpriced, warranty is a joke, and it's a disorganized zoo where no one is available to help you. Try to ask valid questions and the staff shuts you down. Don't count on anyone calling you when your glasses are ready to be picked up. You pretty much need to just stop in to ask someone since no one answers the phone when you call. I hope Dr. Petronak leaves before this place ruins his great reputation. Brad, everyone misses you and we hope you're doing okay.

He prescribed bifocals that never worked. Even after having them remade, I have been suffering and unable to see through them unless they were at the tip of my nose for a year. Today I discovered that they measured my PD completely wrong!! Off by 15mm in an rx of -8.0+ I have been terrified all year that my vision was going away because my mother had cataracts in her late 30s. Really terrible experience that decreased my quality of life until my insurance would pay for another exam. Additionally, the plastic rayban frames are the crappiest, lowest QA glasses I have ever had in almost four decades. Go somewhere else.

I mentioned a few symptoms to a previous optometrist and was told to use OTC eye drops, but Dr. Lee took the time to run a dry-eye test and figure out the best course of treatment, and he's checked and suggested adjustments every year since. She had the coolest glasses on (Tom Fords). I tried them on and fell in love ( not on sale).This pair was usually out of my price range but I have good eye insurance that covered majority of them. I got off the elevator and saw the lab this way arrow. As I rounded the corner I saw the Suite 200 this way arrow. The other way! Which I had seen in the lobby "Laboratory Suite 200". Confused, I turned around to go the other way... got back to the elevators and turned around once again!! I told the check in fellow I was confused and not sure I was in the right place.... Then I told the ever so friendly and kind Tony "I need a B12 fast lab done". Tony asked me for my phone number, name and date of birth. As he typed away I jokingly said... yeah, I'll be back here on Thursday for six more labs. Tony glanced up at me "I think we can get them all done today." Wonderful!! Tony handed me the blue paper w my sticker and told me to drop it in the basket below the window on the opposite wall. Thank you Tony for exceptional and such friendly service...for 7:00a.m.! I don't think I even waited 15 minutes when Diana called my name. We walked in to the room where I confirmed my name and birthday and she poked me. I didn't count but maybe(?) took seven vials of blood, since I was to have seven labs. Maybe less, as it didn't feel like seven since we chatted while she did it. Diana then said I was done. I said "what? I thought I'd be here all day?!" Diana said "you weren't even here five minutes." Thank you Diana for such quick blood draws and being so friendly.
