I am so organized and have so much more empty space. Installation was one day and price was so low. I had spent more money doing another closet myself buying the components from the hardware store. All went fine until the end of the project when several small pieces of the base board failed to be installed in the Master Bedroom closet. I called and left several pleasant messages with Michelle to see when the work would be completed. Radio silence. No response. Even after the 3rd and 4th messages (which were not as polite). Unfortunately, I paid for the project in full, so I now have no leverage to have the job completed properly. Extremely unprofessional. I would caution against using this company.

They had to re-do the opening by switching to the oposite side. By completion of install, installer no longer needed the step stool-- instead of picking it up-- he just threw it across the floor, on the procelain tile!! Porcelain tile or stone tile in general is fragile, don't they know? It breaks! No apology for this--no big deal for the guy.... After dealing with numerous contractors during recent home projects, he stood out as one of the most thorough and stress-free professionals we've worked with. What impressed us even more was the customer service from ownership. Steve, one of the owners, personally contacted us regarding our order and thanked us for our repeat business, a level of customer care that is rare today. We originally ordered shutters for most of the home, but after seeing how beautiful they looked, we later added the garage and guest bathroom as well. We consistently receive compliments on our shutters, and they truly elevated the appearance of our home. We also received quotes from three other national shutter companies, and choosing Simply Shutters was clearly one of the best decisions we've made. The product quality, installation, communication, and customer service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

I suggest try Budget Blinds! They're cheaper & faster!

After months of trying to get our pieces, we finally got fed up with the lack of communication and said something to them about the many messages in text and left with their receptionist. Gigi lied and said they never received any of our messages even though you can see they read them and didn't respond (happy to screenshot all of the messages so that the owner can't come on here and try to debunk any of this happening). We were told on several occasions our pieces would be ready on a certain day, only to never hear from them, we then called them on said day for Gigi to tell us she didn't know we still wanted them, all because we said we wanted a call from a manager. Yet she asked us to confirm sizes for approval to move forward, which we gave, she gave us another expected date to be done. Again not done! We called and asked for Savia (the owner), we were told she was with a customer and would call when she was done, we called back an hour later and they said she left the office for the day. Decided to take our business elsewhere for better customer service and even beat their price by almost a third!
