TOTAL $230 I took my daughter there for a consult for a gentle chemical peel for acne and oily skin. The esthetician (NOT Dr. Jenn) with 20 years experience gave her a gentle peel with no salicylic acid which is necessary, it did nothing; it was basically a moisturizer and I wasted about $110. In addition I was sold a $98 acne product that expired 15 months ago. They did refund with no issue and apologies. There was pressure to buy their line of products. I will get her another peel but I will not go here. 2. TOTAL $2300 I was on the wait list for a surgical procedure which they did also support and recommend for me. In the meantime, while waiting to surgically get rid of my puffy under eye I decided to try a dermal filler. I REALLY wanted something to help me out. They did not do my eyes because of the pending surgery but other areas of my face to help smooth it out - the results were minimal, the Total cost was $2300. I ended up getting the under-eye surgery and they dissolved all the filler anyway so the money was a complete waste anyway. Dissolved! I didn't know enough about all of this stuff but I certainly have learnt my lesson! Sharing if you are in the same position. Dr Jenn, did follow me through the journey of getting the surgery and I appreciate that but it doesn't get me the money back which was a small vacation's worth! 3. TOTAL $980- I did get Botox in my forehead - totally worth it, great results no bruising or any side effects. Total Spent $3500 Total Spend worth it $980 - not a good return on investment.

I've gotten tattoo removal services from other places but the effectiveness of their machines no longer worked on what remains of my tattoo (which was about 75% of original) so I sought out a Pico laser and luckily stumbled upon this place. Service and professionalism is top notch from the moment you enter the facility and Amy has been my Esthetician to help me with my tattoo for the 3 sessions I have had so far. She has consistently been amazing! Friendly, personable, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. So why only the 3-star review? It's likely not their fault, but the treatment I received wasn't effective. I got IV therapy that contained vitamin C, glutathione, NAC and dexamethasone. Yet, my cold progressed the same way it progresses anyway without IV therapy, and it cost $369. Again, I don't fault them for it. No treatment works for 100% of the people, 100% of the time. This was just my experience.

When I called to do so, they confirmed an appointment time that I never requested, which was odd because I would never have scheduled at that time. I rescheduled and called two weeks in advance to confirm my appointment. They confirmed it, but when I arrived, I was told that my appointment was actually the day before. When I asked for clarification, they questioned who had confirmed it, even though they do not send email confirmations. Overall, the scheduling and communication are extremely disorganized.
