The first session we had milk bath, the room is very beautiful. The experience included an herbal tea, cold water, and some snacks. I did slip 3x, but I was apparently the only one, as my 3 companions had no issue. There is a sign in the room warning of the slippery floor when wet, and there is the option to put a towel on the floor. Be careful going in, the water is HOT. Also be mindful, there is a drain plug at the back of the tub in the middle (by the tree blossoms side). We were in the middle taking a group photo and didn't realize the drain was pressed and popped up. The water drained very, very quickly. We turned on the faucet both hot and cold side, for about 15mins but the water levels didn't really return, so we had about 3 inches of water for the rest of the time lol. Second session with my husband, they called me the day before to let me know the milk bath was unavailable and we switched to the detox bath. The water was a dark colour but it was still a nice experience. Staff are very friendly. They knock on your door about 20 mins before your time is up. The booking time includes getting ready to go in and out. There is a shower in the room to rinse and cool off. The staff recommended a cool shower every 20 mins so not to get too heated. The snacks included some veggies (cucumber, Carrot, celery) and dip, Ritz crackers, and unfortunately, peanuts. I am mildly allergic to peanuts, fortunately non-anaphylaxic. They really shouldn't use peanuts or any nuts imo. There was a notice on their Instagram that said they will be shutting down the tubs after March 2025.

It's definitely a cute place to try out. We signed up for the Maple room, and it was a beautifully decorated space with a square tub full of milky water, a little calligraphy table, and a shower. First of all, this is a perfect place for a photoshoot. From the aesthetics, to the Kimono they give you, to the little rose petals, it's a wonderful place to set up some amazing shots. Having said that, it is all a little "fake" feeling. The water didn't leave my skin feeling particularly nourished. The rose petals were cloth that were kind of frayed and used. And of course, it's less of an onsen and more of a hot tub experience. All that is fine though as long as you don't expect it to be anything more than that. There were also a few things that fell a bit short of the "luxe" vibes this spa was giving. For one, they told us to text or call front desk if we needed anything. At some point, we wanted to look at a menu and I tried both texting and calling but didn't get any responses until the last 10 mins. Another thing was that the light wasn't turned on in the shower area in our room and we weren't sure if we were allowed to use it or not. Is this place worth it? I still think so, especially for a fun time with a couple of friends. The price is reasonable for 1.5 hours and you can go with 4 people in total, making it even more reasonable. There are some snacks and refreshments, as well as an array of skincare products you can use. It's a fancy hot tub that's very photogenic.

I saw their $9.99 promotion on Instagram and booked an appointment for their aqua glow facial…read more They gave me a consultation when I arrived and recommended I do the IPL facial. It is originally $299 but they offered it to me for $99 as my initial facial. I got this in additional to the aqua glow facial. The aqua glow facial included face steamer and face sheet mask with oxygen. It did not include extraction (perhaps because it's their promo facial). The IPL facial was about 30 minutes and the treatment was painless and only mildly uncomfortable. My skin seems slightly less red but I think a few more session is needed to see better results. The spa is located in the basement floor of the Sheraton hotel. The staff were all very friendly. They offer membership which is $158 a month (12 month contract) but you get a free facial every month and discounted pricing from their menu.

I ended up getting tags removed from my face as a starting point which was a goal I had for a long time. Since the machine was not available when I was there for about an hour they gave me a beautiful free service to try which was a facial. And after my tags gave me tips and advice on how to do recover on the skin once home and a mini mask to hydrate after the experience. The spa is very clean and nicely designed rooms and the staff are very customer focused. So helpful and very good.

Which is a great deal especially considering it's a 90 min treatment. I got a nice back and head massage from it too. My skin felt very hydrated after the treatment. Tips: get here early so you can use the sauna too!

Especially, high end and customers have high expectations. They need the service people listen and understand what they truly want. I have purchase over $2999 treatments package on Chinese new year 2024, $3000 cash credit on March 2024, 50 tickets for $3000 at April 2024 , now only have cash credit $718.15 left and 18 tickets left for machine usage only. The consulant/ ambassador asked me to buy more anoher 50 tickets for deposit $500 for 11 tickets. My most disppointment was of main part was the consulant would not show me how much is each treatment price on menu. I found out the price after each treatment when I signed off. I have been to other Spa experiances before; I always enjoyed and relaxed. However, R-spa personal only sold my to purchase bruch of teatments which I do want. I have told the conculant that I only wants particular treatments once every month. My idea is to go to spa is to relex wheneven I want or maybe once very two months one treatment per visit with one two hours or a whole day spa every six month. However, R-spa consultant kept saying she done these is being good to me so had planned and/or forced me four times per month with four teatments per visit. Original was just one massgist work for me. Later on, she started adding more massagists worked on my body and face for 4 hours. That meant I have need to pay double the tips to each massagists. THE Worst part was my body cannot handle these mechine treatments and I got stress out and my body react back with stress and extra long period. When I decided stop going here, my period stop at that evening. This shown me the R Spa had pressured my body and mind to it limitation; therefore, my body had to signal me to stop and think though this R Spa. 被杀的豬 留言

At the end of a long week a well deserved treatment at SkinVitality Medical Spa. One of many…read morelocations I choose the Richmond Hill location. My treatment for the day was a glycolic peel. I didn't know what to expect having never had one before. I was greeted at reception by Sarah and shown to a room to fill out a personal and medical questionnaire. My Aesthetician Caroline greeted me and we went into the treatment room. Caroline spent the next 10 minutes asking questions and filling out more forms. Shortly there after my treatment began. A quick cleanse of the skin and then the application of the glycolic peel solution. The procedure was short. I didn't notice anything different on my skin. I was told to expect some peeling of the skin, but to date I haven't seen anything. Caroline was a wealth of information. Any questions I had she answered. As a client I felt confident in my aesthetician. From her knowledge to her touch, I knew I was in good hands. Two negatives for me was; my eye makeup was not removed in the process, so I didn't feel my skin had been properly cleaned, and the residue from my makeup was still visible in the mirror; and the aesthetician used a thin rubber glove. I'm sure it was necessary but I didn't like the feel on my skin. As a bonus treat I was given an organza bag with a certificate towards another treatment, full size exfoliating scrub and sample Vitamin C oil. This is given to all new clients. Salon is very clean and the ambiance very relaxing. Definitely would recommend this location.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!! SKIN VITALITY CANNOT BE TRUSTED! AVOID this company if you're thinking of…read moreimproving your appearance. Read their reviews on Trust Pilot, Google, & Yelp, they may be manipulating reviews across different platforms! If they ask you to reach out don't be surprised if it takes a while to hear back or at all - you may get scammed & lied to! To learn how to file complaints, SCROLL DOWN. My review is based on how SV handles client concerns, & the REAL dangers you may encounter at any one of their clinics. They all appear to be operating under the same business model , at least according to their reviews. Their Richmond Hill location is also one of the worst "medical clinics" I've ever been to. I've had fraxel treatments completed before & after visiting SV - never once did I leave a clinic feeling as if my face was lit on FIRE until my last treatment with them (2022). They claim concerns were addressed, this is UNTRUE. So let's add gaslighting to the list of issues wrong with this company. I believe SV damaged my skin using a setting unsuitable for my skin type/condition. Two staff were present during my last session, a trainee & a trainer. Trainer walked in & asked if I had Melasma, which I thought was strange considering I've never had Melasma. This was also incorrectly noted in my file - showing incompetence on many levels. I also sustained facial injuries after they had a trainee work on my face - also without my consent. THEN I learned the doctor on record left the clinic in 2019. Consent forms were signed in 2021 by the way, so pretty sure falsifying medical records is also illegal, unless the doctor on record was receiving kickbacks - which is something I've also questioned. Aside from obtaining consent & payment through deceptive practices they also broke privacy laws by publishing my full, highly identifiable first name in their original google reply. This was left up for several days even after I told them it was a PHIPA violation. My name was only removed after they consulted a lawyer . They can't be trusted to uphold patient confidentiality, so you definitely can't trust them to safely & competently perform medical/cosmetic treatments of any kind. Before they were willing to issue a refund they wanted me to sign an NDA confirming I not talk about my experience, which I declined. I'm not a lawyer , but pretty sure companies can't force you to sign an NDA in exchange for a refund, this breaks consumer protection laws. IF YOU SIGNED AN NDA, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO BREAK IT. Review Ontario's anti - slapp laws like the Protection of Public Participation Act. Just make sure your opinions/experiences can be backed up with proof, (ex: emails, before and after photos, receipts, etc - document everything). On Nov 4, 2025 SV sent me an email threatening to sue. Sue me for what? Telling the truth? Warning others of their deceptive practices? Anyway, they have yet to sue - all bark no bite. Please note: if you get treated at a skin vitality clinic you may end up spending more time & money treating the areas their negligence may subject you to. If SV doesn't respond to your concerns in a timely manner don't wait to reach out to the following organizations for extra support: - Law Society of Ontario: to find a lawyer - ProBono Ontario: free legal advice- IPC to access your medical file - Ontario ministry of health - The BBB - your local Public Health Unit - Ministry of Public & Business Delivery (consumer protection) - the regulatory colleges of the professionals involved in your care (CNO/CPSO)- SMALL CLAIMS COURT- reach out to the Fifth estate, go public, cbc marketplace , they may be able to help SV has many clinics across Ontario & I wouldn't trust a single one as complaints & concerns are re-directed to "patient care" who will only use coercive tactics and threats to prevent consumers from speaking out. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY, if there's an issue with your treatment it's unlikely you'll see a refund unless you agree to stay silent about how awful they are! Don't buy their lies!
