In the meantime, i did some research, and found some online options, and though the prices were good, reviews for the quality of those parts was very bad. Monday morning I went by D&L, they asked what they could help with. I showed them the coil and a picture of the oven model number, they looked it up in their system, but didn't have any on hand. But they were able to bring in a factory direct coil from their Charlotte warehouse the next day. Pricing was certainly higher than what I found online, but turn around time was much quicker, and being an official replacement part I had more confidence in the quality. Great spot to know about to get parts to fix any appliance, and always good to support local!

(3) years into owning our hot tub half of the cover began sagging, it was clear there was an issue, and when we unzipped it to inspect, one side was missing a vapor barrier wrap on the foam, so it was just acting as a giant sponge. We contacted LPI, sent pictures, and they even acknowledged it was made incorrectly but refused to do the right thing. They claimed it only has a 90 day warranty, which is utterly useless. But interestingly enough, i could spend $600 and buy a new cover from them, which is warrantied for 5 years, how does that work? They failed to provide good craftsmanship in their lids, which are $600 to replace, do you really want to trust them with a $10,000 spa investment???
