Moving on...after the grueling 18+mo wait our appliances finally arrive, yay. Much to our chagrin, the Wolf stove is damaged! Jane's (sales lady) solution was to send out a repairman! Now remember, I just spent $30+k on these appliances and they want to now sale me junk that's been damaged and act like everything is square. This after we insist that they send a new one out. In the meantime, we are still without a range and await Jane's ruling on the matter. I always tell my kids, learn from others mistakes. People, please learn from my mistake in dealing with these clowns. Buyers be extremely cautious. I don't even like giving 1 star on this review. There are other options out there, use them!

He arrived at 4:30 and immediately diagnosed the issue which was a loose connection within the outlet. He replaced the affected outlet post haste and offered to send an estimate to replace all the outlets if I didn't want to do the work myself. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in his field of expertise regarding electrical and wasn't pushy about doing anything that didn't need to be done other than taking care of the initial issue. His response and pricing were reasonable. I highly recommend Circle One Electrical and look forward to working with his company again should the need arise.

He seemed honest, knowledgeable and engaged. Following installation, a series of very high end, costly lights repeatedly failed to function properly. Sid made 2-3 visits to our home and replaced LIGHTBULBS. The bulbs would function for a brief period of time and fail. The lighting units, meant to be stable under and over counter, did not adhere to the surfaces they were attached to. When it became evident that replacing light bulbs in NO way eliminated the inadequacy of the COSTLY lighting/product Sid no longer answered his phone when I called and FAILED to reply to messages requesting that he stand behind his product. I have called ~ monthly for over 16 months. Today, Saturday morning, calling from a 'blocked' number he answered. I calmly detailed my disappointment that he did NOT act as a responsible business owner. In reply to him telling me the product he installed was not 'faulty', I reminded him that the building contractor and two electrician have reviewed the product and disagree. Finally, he conceded that the lighting installed was a problem. After moments of silence I asked if h e had nothing else to say. His reply "NO." I did not hear "I am sorry" OR more appropriately "I will pay for replacement product." We are having the lights removed and replaced by the original building contractor and an electrician this week. The cost of replacement is a few thousand dollars. The contractor is NOT charging for his services because he feels so bad about the failure of Sid Phillips to back his product. I am NOT able to recommend this business to anyway who expects a business owner to be respect and responsive and stand behind the product they represent/sell.

He's not only knowledgeable but extremely pleasant, professional, and easy to work with.
