He seemed honest, knowledgeable and engaged. Following installation, a series of very high end, costly lights repeatedly failed to function properly. Sid made 2-3 visits to our home and replaced LIGHTBULBS. The bulbs would function for a brief period of time and fail. The lighting units, meant to be stable under and over counter, did not adhere to the surfaces they were attached to. When it became evident that replacing light bulbs in NO way eliminated the inadequacy of the COSTLY lighting/product Sid no longer answered his phone when I called and FAILED to reply to messages requesting that he stand behind his product. I have called ~ monthly for over 16 months. Today, Saturday morning, calling from a 'blocked' number he answered. I calmly detailed my disappointment that he did NOT act as a responsible business owner. In reply to him telling me the product he installed was not 'faulty', I reminded him that the building contractor and two electrician have reviewed the product and disagree. Finally, he conceded that the lighting installed was a problem. After moments of silence I asked if h e had nothing else to say. His reply "NO." I did not hear "I am sorry" OR more appropriately "I will pay for replacement product." We are having the lights removed and replaced by the original building contractor and an electrician this week. The cost of replacement is a few thousand dollars. The contractor is NOT charging for his services because he feels so bad about the failure of Sid Phillips to back his product. I am NOT able to recommend this business to anyway who expects a business owner to be respect and responsive and stand behind the product they represent/sell.

I would never hire a shady company like that again for myself or recommend them to anyone else.

I worked with him about 9 years ago on a different project and was excited to see that he's still there. Clif knows the product lines and what special instructions the electrician or contractor needs in order to accommodate the fixtures. He's not only knowledgeable but extremely pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. I made all the selections and Clif visited the project site the next day just to ensure that I had purchased everything needed for a smooth installation. I said I was on a tight budget so he offered several options which allowed me to make the best decisions. I highly recommend Wilson Lighting. Great service, great selection and great value.

They sell everything for indoor and outdoor, furniture, decor, bedding and so much more. We found their carpet section, which offered a huge selection, many of which came in varying sizes. We had trouble finding a specific carpet we saw on the racks, so pushed a button on the end of the aisle to call an assosciate, and I've got to admit, I was surprised when she not only showed up, but in just a few minutes. At Home gets bonus point for that, unlike other stores, where you can push the button, and no one ever comes to help. In the end, we found the carpet, along with a few other small items. Pricing, is very reasonable, that being said, most of their products probably aren't meant to last a life time, but you get what you pay for, and if you take care of your stuff, it will hold up. I'll definitely be returning in the spring to pick up some outdoor patio seating!

It's odd they have separate areas for each department. There are two sections for the kitchen department. Be sure to check both if you can't find what you need because it could be there. Plenty of parking but it is a ways to the front entrance even from the lot. Wide aisles makes it easy to walk with a walker or wheelchair. Friendly helpful staff. 4/5 only because the website error giving me a wasted trip.
