Strawberry and banana with chocolate pancakes

Arrived on a busy Sunday morning with just a 10 minute wait to be seated. Food was very good with huge portions. Friendly service and food arrived with special requests granted such as extra crispy bacon. Will Love to return and try other menu items.

This time, we enjoyed the seafood combo which was a huge tasty meal. Although, I thought the breading was a little heavy. Perhaps, we can request a tempura / lightly coated blend next time. My blackened salmon salad was spot on! Our server Tristan was attentive & quite knowledgeable of the food offerings. He's a keeper!

Visited this place at my sisters recommendation after she had a great experience. The diner is extremely clean and beautiful. Its actually the largest diner I have ever been dined in. The staff is extremely nice and it didnt take long to be seated. We visited in the afternoon but I was craving breakfast, so I got a belgium waffle with apples and whipped cream on top. The waffle was cooked a little too well because it was hard and the apple pie filling used wasnt really good. However, my daughter enjoyed her mickey mouse pancakes. My sister had a shrimp fajita that she enjoyed also. However, despite how the waffle wasnt really to my liking, I cannot brag ENOUGH about the customer service we received. Our waitress Michelle was an absolute ANGEL! The care, patience, attetiveness, and kindness she displayed to us was top notch. I would definitely return and give this place another try just based on her customer service alone. She also bragged so much about how well the owner treats the staff. This made me so happy because often times the waitresses at diner come across so unhappy due to how leadership treats them, which affects the service they provide. Michelle worked with so much pride and joy. I cant thank her enough for the service she provided. Oh, cant forget to mention we did have bread pudding and it was soooooo good! Glad she recommended we try it.

The parking was so good. I was able to take my Ferrari.

Well, we've been going out for breakfast every Wednesday morning for the last eight months and we came upon the Lampost diner in clementon nj one of the finest choices we ever made. You couldn't get better eggs and scrapple and sausages and scrambled eggs and pancakes. The people unbelievably friendly, the waitress, Gabrielle, a breath of fresh air, all I could say is go go go to the Lampost diner, a perfect destination spot. I recommend this restaurant can't wait to go back. John D'Antonio.

My best friend and I were looking for a new place to check out during one of those nights when we didn't know what mood we were in a few months ago. He did a quick search and discovered the Lamp Post Diner. Since then we have been here half a dozen times. It's definitely one of our favorite diners in the area. We have tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner and everything has been good. The parking is plentiful, the interior is nicer than most area diners, and the menu has all of your classic diner favorites and then some. If you're looking for a good local diner, check out Lamp Post!

Ate here for Sunday breakfast. Diner is large so it was not hard to get a table quickly. Food was good. Service was good. Would recommend.

I can get up and get my own coffee at WAWA, at best service is cold and inconsistent. Don't look for any smiles here.

If you're driving down the White Horse Pike and looking for that quintessential Jersey "shimmer,"…read morethe Silver Coin Diner is a must-stop. I dropped in this past Sunday around 10:30 PM during the late night rush. Despite the crowd, the large, free parking lot made arriving easy, though it was fairly packed for a Sunday. This place is a dream for fans of Americana. It's a classic Kullman-style diner, manufactured right here in New Jersey, and it still features that iconic "Space Age" stainless steel exterior and neon lighting that makes your imagination run wild. It' s been family-owned since 1982, and you can feel that local pride the second you walk in. The interior is sparkling clean and manages to feel retro without being dated. Our server, Nicole, was an absolute rockstar. Even with a 10-minute wait for a booth, she had our orders delivered immediately and kept the refills coming throughout the meal. The menu is massive, but here are the standouts: Waffle Sundae ($13.48): This is the ultimate breakfast-meets-dessert move. It comes topped with massive scoops of ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry. It's definitely big enough to share (or not--no judgment here). Jersey Benedict ($11.98): A local essential with perfectly grilled pork roll and hollandaise. The "Silver Coin Special" ($8.48): A clever nod to the Hammonton area code, this gives you the best of everything (pancakes, eggs, and three types of meat) for a great price. Pro-Tips Healthy Options: They actually have a "Bro-tein" Omelet and a solid Vegetarian Omelet ($10.98) packed with fresh veggies if you aren't in the mood for a sugar rush from the waffle. Timing: Weekends are the busiest time, so if you're in a rush, aim for the counter seating to bypass the booth wait. Overall you're getting massive portions and friendly, "treat you like family" service at a fair price (about $35 for two including tip). The only reason it's not a 5 is that it gets loud when it's full, but that's just part of the authentic Jersey diner energy. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm heading toward Atlantic City!

Terrible customer service. Rude waitstaff Nice hostess…read more Clearly cannot work under pressure with a soccer tournament in town. We were seated by a lovely hostess, and then ignored for about 5 minutes until we heard our soon to be waitress talking poorly about customers and "isn't this a friday- a school day?" She came over put down place mats and then said, "and, I will be with you whenever I can." Proceeded to leave and after 10 minutes we asked another waitress if she had seen our waitress who's response was "Oh, I don't know, probably waiting on the other 100 people before you." Snarled, and walked away.

Usually, I'm here a few times a month, if not at least once a week. I've attained "regular" status, I think! I love to walk in and sit at the counter. Typically, Angel or Nicole take care of me and they are both a testament to their profession: knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, and friendly. Thank you! The menu was updated but is still as huge as ever and full of wonderful choices. My main meal is breakfast and they have M-F deals until 11AM but on the weekend there are additional specials to take advantage of. I've dined in so many times and I really don't have one negative thing to say about the service or food. I am actually quite impressed with how the eggs are cooked to order. I enjoy my omelette cooked "soft" and the cooks are getting it right every time. Same with over-easy. You can tell they are taking the extra time to ensure it's right and that means a lot to me. I wanted to update my review to add some recent pictures of my meals. Thank you again, Pandora!
