I had an old company pullover where I had removed the company logo embroidery and was trying to figure out how to cover up the remnants. Mr Seams did a custom embroidery over the ghost embroidery and it was more than anything I expected. It looks beyond amazing and I could not be happier. And to boot, they put up with my old guy BS of having the wrong shipping address and probably annoying the crap out of them with all my emails and chats. If he is doing his own digitizing he needs to reconsider and outsource it or invest in some quality fonts ( the G and C look the same). The left chest logo has no underlay stitching and he used the absolute cheapest stabilizer (tearaway) on something that is worn - so there is nothing to support the "sketchy font" and its not gonna hold up.

I was in my friend's wedding and every time I went in to get it checked, it didn't feel as if any alterations were done unless they were the wrong ones. The pant legs were good one week but needed more waist room and then the next week the legs were too long and the waist hadn't been adjusted. I spent $300 to buy the suit and another $210 in gas money having to continuously go in to the store which was excessive. I was told "you should be able to walk out with it and not try it on, but you can if you want to" and every time I tried it on, it didn't fit right. There ended up being a hole where the seating room is and there was no time for further adjustments since it was the day before the wedding after weeks of going into this place. The hole got bigger as the night went on and the other groomsman also mentioned how the sowing on their pants were cheap quality. You don't get your money's worth from this place and in the end, you most likely won't be happy with the end product.

Therefore asking me to leave. Mind you I walked in at 8:23pm the sign on the door says they close at 9pm. I drove 50 minutes to buy a pair of boots the night before a concert. The manager said he was from Kentucky coming to help out this store and they were closed early because they were short staffed. This is the worst costumer service I have ever come across. This is not my fault you are short staffed, you lost a customer for life. You lost a sale and the man coming in behind me was turned away as well. I would leave no stars if it was an option. How can a business expect to thrive when you turn sales away before the closing hours?
