Walgreens - Been sitting here for 20 minutes nobody has acknowledged me

Was waiting 20 minutes until they acknowledged that I was even there even after I honked my horn…read more They give me the hardest time to pick up my medicine without a vin #

I should've listened to the other reviews, I just wish I could have left a zero star review. So I…read moremade an appointment with the Walgreens store (11897) located at 504 Kings Hwy in Cherry Hill, NJ. So I make an appt. yesterday online and gave them all of my info and signed the consent form for my flu vaccine on 11.30.24. I show up for my appt. a few minutes early and checked in using the queue code on my cell and filled out all my information again. 20 minutes later someone behind the counter asked why I was there (apparently checking the schedule was too difficult). Even tho I had been standing in line for 10minutes when I first arrived trying to get someones attention, they must have been overloaded with the three other people there and were not able to handle the high traffic load?? There were more employees behind the counter than there were customers. Eventually, after I had been there for over 30 min (after my scheduled appt time), they again asked me for the same info I had supplied twice before. Then after wasting my time for another 10 minutes they told me they do not accept my prescription medication plan. BUT, they did tell me I could pay out of pocket if I'd like. Yeah, right-after wasting half my morning dealing with incompetent employees that couldn't care less. I expect that treatment from fast food workers, but not from a chain pharmacy. Getting a flu shot should not be this difficult. But when they can't even get something this basic done in a reasonable amount of time, it's no wonder they have been shutting stores down across they country. This location should be the next one to go. I will never patronize this Walgreens again, or any other for that matter. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!

This is my go-to store for those silicone nipple covers (see photo). They are always in stock here…read moreand I love to know I can rely on this drugstore for helping me dress scandalously without being scandalous. However, the overwhelming smell of must that invades the innocent nostrils of incoming customers reminds me that I must write this review. I have smelled the carpets, the walls, and several of the employees (from 2 feet away) but cannot identify the source of the smell. It's possible that the odor could be coming from the back fridges. If that's the case, whether the fridges themselves or the assorted bottled beverages in the case are housing mold and/or mildew remains unclear. I like to take 4 puffs of my albuterol inhaler (please talk to your doctor and do not take this is medical advice) before entering so I can enjoy my experience walking to the nipple covers in the second to last aisle on the right facing the back door as if you walked in the front door off of King's Highway. The staff is always pleasant which is a small miracle considering the unpleasant smell they must have become desensitized to. I hope CVS Corporation renovates this location next because the five star employees here deserve a five star work place. I give this CVS 3 stars because 'number 3' rhymes with 'mildewy.'

Well, on the plus side, it has a private parking lot behind the store. Otherwise, parking on Kings…read moreHighway, which can be pretty busy, is free only after 6 PM and on weekends, I believe. Overpriced - I know you're paying for convenience, but I needed a nightlight and purchased a pack here, not realizing I was paying almost twice what I would have paid otherwise at any other store like Target or Walmart. The store looks a little outdated and in need of some freshening up. The aisles are a bit tight if more than 2 or 3 people need to pass each other. Suck up and get a CVS card at least, so you can enjoy getting a receipt that's approximately 3, 421 miles long for coupons on stuff you don't need.

Costco - A line outside

Costco itself is worthy of 5 stars. If you know, you know…read more This location though, needs some work. The parking lot is a train wreck. Avoid on weekends unless you want to wait in 20 minute checkout lines. Don't sleep on the bakery items and grab a pizza on your way out.

I had an incredibly uncomfortable and unnecessary experience at Costco during checkout. The cashier…read moreasked me a question that I genuinely didn't hear. When she repeated it, she did so with a very condescending tone, and immediately after began muttering under her breath, calling me stupid. It was shocking, weird, and completely uncalled for. Things only got worse from there. I handed her what I thought was a gift card, but it turned out to be the receipt for the gift card. Instead of calmly voiding my items and asking me to pull to the side to figure out where the actual gift card was (and why it was never emailed to me), she aggressively told me that I HAD to pay for my items. The entire interaction was awkward and humiliating. Obviously, I wasn't about to run out of Costco with a cart full of groceries. Eventually, another employee--who was actually kind and competent--stepped in and immediately figured out the issue. The whole situation could have been resolved easily and respectfully from the start. Instead, it turned into unnecessary emotional abuse. I'm sure this cashier is a miserable person who hates her life, but that is not my fault. The world is already cruel enough--why choose to add to that for absolutely no reason? I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her and just has to keep their mouth shut and roll their eyes when she's not looking. On a positive note, the manager was very sweet, listened to my concerns, and handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, that doesn't erase the fact that this was some of the worst customer service I've experienced at Costco.
