Plus I was blown away by the beautiful pics so I decided to reach out to Morgan via text. She was able to squeeze me in that afternoon same day! I didn't get a text. I texted her the morning of the appointment at 9:15 am to see if we were still on for that day. Nothing. I texted again at 12:10 pm. Again, nothing. I got a text back at 12:45 pm saying her phone broke and we would have to reschedule. I wasn't too excited about changing the date and time but I moved some stuff around and told her I was available Sunday, January 19, 2020 at 2 pm. She said she would take off 15% off due to having to reschedule so I appreciated that. It's currently 3:20 pm on January 19, 2020. I have texted and called her twice. No response. No "can we reschedule again?" NOTHING. She was awesome the first time I met her but I am extremely disappointed from what I've seen the last two days. I run a small business on the side so I know how important it is to make sure you text people back and keep appointments. I don't get angry easily and I don't write negative reviews pretty much ever but I'm pretty angry about the lack of any response from her.
