So I came in today with a back that's been so stiff and sore! She takes the time to hear my whole story - back's been sore for 2 weeks, I do a drumming class where one leg is always in front, I have godbabies who I always hold in my left arm because I'm right handed, I run half marathons, I sit at a desk all day etc. With all this going on, I decide to treat myself to a 90 minute and I'm so happy. She really gets in to the tender parts, where the muscles attach and the oft neglected squishy parts that are hiding the tightest little muscles - and tells you as she's doing it while also offering advice for how to keep the tightness at bay. She's super knowledgeable about the body. When I'm the deep pain like I had today, I don't trust just anybody - she knows what she's doing! Sure, the building isn't pretty, but who cares, that's not what you're here for. (Also note that yelp's map is wrong - it's not near BART, it's in Alameda). Absolutely coming back!

From the moment I arrived, she created a calm and welcoming environment that immediately put me at ease. What really stood out was how attentive and knowledgeable Erin was throughout the session. She listened carefully to the issues I was experiencing and focused on the areas causing the most discomfort. The massage was not only relaxing, but incredibly effective. I left feeling significantly better, with much less pain and tension than I had been dealing with before. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism, skill, and genuine care the way Erin does. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone dealing with back pain, stress, or muscle tension.

Go see Bill! I'm Thai American and have had plenty of real Thai massages in Thailand -- the local…read morekind, not the tourist kind -- and this is on another level. WOW. The 4+1 Thai Solution Massage (Nuad Benja Phakhi), which is definitely not your traditional "stretch and press" Thai massage. Let's start with Bill -- he has amazing energy--calm, compassionate, and completely devoted to healing. He listens, stays fully present, and with his methods, finds tension you didn't even know existed. This style of massage works on the root causes in the tendons, not just the surface symptoms in sore muscles. And you stay fully clothed the entire time -- no lotions or oils -- just pure, focused bodywork. At first, I wasn't sure about booking a full 2-hour session, but I trusted the other 5-star reviews here, and I'm so glad I did. It gave him time to address my entire body. Each touch felt customized and responsive -- nothing about it felt routine or transactional. I walked out feeling light, loose, and completely reset. In fact, I felt so good I bought a package and I booked my next two appointments before even leaving! Years of muscle and tendon overuse can't be fixed in one visit, but this made a huge dent. I'm excited to keep coming weekly and eventually move to a maintenance cadence -- whatever Bill recommends, I trust him completely. If you want a massage that's intuitive, detailed, and truly healing -- book Bill. You'll be so glad you did. Thank you N' Bill!!

I went and saw Dr. Bill because I had expired every other option. Chiropractic, massages, and Acupuncture all gave me temporary relief, but my upper back, neck, and forearms were still in a lot of pain. Pain so intense it would wake me out of a dead sleep. After 6 visits with Dr. Bill I am pleased to say that the pain has subsided tremendously and my body feels as though it's no longer in the fight or flight mode. I feel as though I am truly on the road to recovery. When I first heard of Myofascial therapy massage I was skeptical. It's not the most pleasant experience but it felt good and it hurt at the same time. I could tell my body really needed It. It was worth every penny and would highly recommend Dr. Bill to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain as I was. Thank you Bill, I really truly appreciate you!!!!!!!

When I walked in, I was greeted by Brianna, who was incredibly sweet, patient, and kind. I've been to places in the past where I felt rushed to fill out the intake form so my service could get started, so it was really nice not to have that experience here. I was offered water and tea when I arrived, and Brianna explained the services to me very clearly before pairing me with the wonderful Jay as my massage therapist. Jay was very calm and thorough when explaining the massage and asking what I wanted to focus on. She is extremely knowledgeable and clearly takes her work seriously. This was one of THE BEST massages I've ever had! Thank you, Brianna and Jay, for such a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be visiting again soon!

She asks lots of questions that are pertinent to your needs, what your comfort level is, how your last session felt afterwards, and where you'd like to focus on. I've found that communicating with her has really elevated my own healing, and she's willing to work with you to focus on the specific knots you'd like to work on while also providing feedback on other areas that your body is communicating needs work. She also asks you what your chiropractor (if you see one) has mentioned needs work so that she can work cohesively with your doctors to create a custom health plan that works to restore your body. As someone who has hypermobility issues, chronic pain, and frequent muscle and joint injuries, Suzanne's careful administration of anatomical knowledge as well as how to loosen the angry, inflamed muscles has been integral in getting my body back in balance. I came in because my tailbone and right hip were painful to move or even touch, and in just 3 sessions she was able to focus intently on those specific muscle areas and untangle a good portion of the aches away! She's incredibly flexible to work with, responsive with texts, and overall cares for your well-being. I also find her multi-session package to be reasonable compared to local competitors, especially if you have an injury area that requires more than one session.
