I didn't want to wait the shipping time so I chose to support local and I hate to write a bad review of a mom n pop shop like this so I even went back to tell them I was unhappy with their work and all they said was "sorry. Go elsewhere then" with an angry cold glare and blamed me for requesting the original hem. Little did they know I already went to another alteration specialist and they told me the bottom was sewn too tight, that's why it looks so ugly and crumpled. Not to mention when I was still sitting there clearly upset, Mr. Tran kept asking me about my race. I'm not here to make small talk buddy I'm here to see if these people know how to make it right and the answer is no. I believe this was not a mistake, just a lack of skill. I wish someone had warned me out of the kindness of their heart not to trust Tran with expensive clothing that I can't afford to replace if ruined. I have attached pictures of the exact same pair of jeans below with the same alteration requested shortened and you can see the difference between Tran's work and a professional's. And this is after I even ironed them to try to make it better but clearly the damage is done. When I wear it, it looks permanently crumpled. The bottom of the wide legged jean was the most unique and beautiful part of the pant and now it is hideous and butchered. I am completely and utterly heartbroken. I had to save up to buy these jeans and now they are permanently ruined. Heed the 1 star reviews. You were warned.

I was in Des Moines for a wedding this past weekend, and Keo's helped me out big time. I was…read morerenting a tuxedo from one of those start-up tuxedo-rental companies, which does everything over the web and via FedEx, and ran into some sizing issues earlier in the week. The tux company forgot to mail my replacement tux until Thursday afternoon, which meant they would have to overnight it to my hotel in Des Moines (I live in Chicago). I tried the tux on as soon as I checked into the hotel on Friday, and the sleeves were still too long. So, I looked up the closest tailor, which led me to Keo's. I called up Keo at about 3:30pm on Friday, was in the store by 3:40pm and out by 3:45pm, giving me just enough time to make the wedding rehearsal at 4:15pm. Keo said it would be no problem for me to pick up the tux on Saturday morning at 10am, and when I did the next morning, it fit perfectly. Thanks to Keo, the tuxedo looked great. I was thoroughly impressed by the friendliness, timeliness and quality tailoring work. Keo did all of this on short notice -- I bet he's even better on a longer timeline.

I wanted to try the dress on and she told me I didn't need to that "It will be good. I've been doing this for 50 years." When I tried it on at home the beading looked nice but length of the dress was 3+ inches uneven from the front to the back and it was even and the perfect length when I dropped it off. The dress is completely ruined and not fixable because there is no hem to let out to even it out without the dress being too short to even the hem line. Horrible customer service and people skills to top it off....DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!
