Fidelity...what a lie of a name. Their service for wi fi…read moresucks. Always buffering, sometimes cannot even get the main screen. Have called and service people, while courteous, blame it on Netflix, other channels, or apps, everything but themselves. When none of the TVs work in the house it is not the apps but Fidelity. I cannot say how badly Fidelity is for crap. You can count on them for nothing. Go with the new fiber optics providers if you can. Of course, this is Lawton and so services, restaurants and utilities are never on par with a real city but still you'd think the people that run this town would try their best to have good services and attract decent restaurants and decent utility companies. But they don't give a damn and offer contracts (in citizen's names) for garbage. If I wasn't a long time resident with roots here, just based on services I'd move. if you live here. long enough you just assume this is how life is everywhere. Avoid Fidelity at all costs, they have more excuses for their shoddy services than the US government. I'm embarrassed to host friends when visiting. The internet has went out at least once a day, everyday this week(So far). It was always a few outages a week but this is unheard of. It feels like you guys taking advantage of us Soldiers. TUBI AND Pluto. All free on your phone, and you can hook it up to your home TV. Best switch and only switch I've ever done for cell phone. I know this was supposed to be internet service but if it has AT&T on it attached in anyway or buying out an existing company. I'm out. I can't stand this company. Be aware if you go with these people. Make sure the letter they send you either says do what you want with their equipment or they tell you to return it. I stop using them once. Got an email tell me to bring in my used equipment. About a week later I got another email tell me to just keep it. They didn't want it back. Then they sent me another email several weeks later telling me they were going to sue me because I hadn't returned their equipment. I called them and told them let's dance. I've got all my documentation of what you told me to do two different times. In fact I still have their equipment just I'm case. You do business with them if you desire but look at their rating.
