This was not a big money-making job for them, but they came and fixed my leak and didn't do a quick rush-job. It was inspected thoroughly. This company is easy and a pleasure to work with. The guy that came out was very polite, took pictures and showed my the problems and the repairs he had made. He didn't try to sell me a new roof, very honest and trustworthy, which is something you don't see very often these days. I'd recommend this company to anyone that needed a new roof or any repairs, no matter where you live!! I will absolutely call them again when the need arises. The keyed-lock flip handle is so much easier to operate than the lock on our previous patio door. We had to replace the rollers on our previous other-brand door several times over 30 years. Having the Thermal Windows Inc lifetime limited warranty which will cover the rollers being replaced, if necessary, is a real comfort as husband is no longer able to make those kinds of repairs. It took nearly 3 months to get the custom-made door built and installed. The door screen was delivered ripped and a tiny part, the Charlie saddle was broken which took another month to replace. It has now been over a month since installation was final and the door operates very smoothly and all components appear top quality. We are happy with door and service. Long term satisfaction is what is important to us.

What's not to like, great funny combination. They replaced a very large window. all the siding (trim,soffit,fascia) on my house with a Board & Batten style, and new seamless gutters up. My house was kind of outdated, and I didn't really want to keep repainting a repainted painted house, so Vinyl Siding is the way to go, especially with how these guys install it, with screws. Pretty sure this thing will last longer than I have the fortitude of keeping my property. And the large window they replaced, was replaced by 2 windows to make them operators. which was really nice. The window they put up was the Low E, Argon gas filled amazing Window, pretty sure that's good energy efficiency right there, the old glass was like an oven. And plus, they didn't leave a mess at my house. I'd say they were pretty timely and cooperative, and worked around my schedule and events. Like the weather didn't cooperate with us, but they still got it done. I really liked the methodical approach these guys gave to their work, rather than some contractors just rushing things without a care in the world - some thought is very important. We came in for a short 5 min visit where we confirmed white windows, removed slates and dropped on set of sliding doors. OneSource had an old version of the drawings, we left saying we could send them the updated drawings to add new windows. They updated the quote sent it to our builder. We assumed everything was fine. Later when we were invoiced by our builder there was an additional $2000+ charge. Our builder called the door size had increased, from the size he initially requested. They told him the home owners asked for it. We never asked for it in person or in email. We called and talked with them directly and we're told there was a note that said to change it. I said I think that was updated based off of the drawings because it was right after the note about changing windows they denied and they did not offer any assistance. Our builder tried to contact them again and now the story changed saying they were never able to open the drawings. I don't understand, because all the windows were changed correctly, and our builder did not send new drawings. I was willing to split the cost, didn't expect them to pay all of it because we do have taller glass doors now. But it was not something we asked for and would have chosen if we had the option but instead we were made to feel like we were in the wrong and trying to cheat them. Please be cautious and work through your builder and make sure everything is documented.
