Recently, I requested the same discount--something I've consistently earned--and even brought my own client with me, who is tax‑exempt. Instead of honoring the discount, they removed it altogether. That felt like being taken advantage of, and the unprofessional body language and attitude from staff (more than one) made the situation even worse. After this experience, I'm done. I'll be buying from Sutherland from now on--they supply metal, sheets, and more--and the OKC suppliers offer much better prices anyway. I was able to walk into sovereign title at 1pm and walk out at 1:35 pm with all of my questions answered and exactly the correct paperwork to accomplish what was needed. For only 50$!' I felt that even though I was a 50$ customer and not $5,000 customer. I was their only customer. I was offered coffee, water and the same courtesy as a major spender. These are good folks. They are about 2.5 hours away from where I live, but they showed up within two days of my calling and at the exact time they said they would be here. This was not a big money-making job for them, but they came and fixed my leak and didn't do a quick rush-job. It was inspected thoroughly. This company is easy and a pleasure to work with. The guy that came out was very polite, took pictures and showed my the problems and the repairs he had made. He didn't try to sell me a new roof, very honest and trustworthy, which is something you don't see very often these days.
