Deceptive and Unethical Service - Beware!…read more I had a terrible experience with Hall Services. I called them to fix my two garage door openers, but the technician, James, claimed that my sensors were broken and couldn't be fixed. He insisted I needed two brand-new openers at $500 each, plus $285 in labor per unit--a total of over $1,500! He also admitted he didn't know what the clicking noise meant and said the opener wasn't showing any error codes. Despite that, he proceeded to unscrew my sensors and told me the entire system had to be replaced. Something didn't feel right, so I got a second opinion from a competitor--and they fixed everything for $245. This company is dishonest and operates without integrity. They tried to upsell me on unnecessary replacements. I strongly warn others to avoid Hall Services if you value honesty and fair pricing.

Well today has been quite an adventure, but ended on a great note with my last appointment of the…read moreday with Taylor from Jolly Goat Garage Doors. When Taylor was 20-30 minutes from getting to us, he called me at 5 after 5 to let me know. I appreciate the promptness in the phone call. Upon arrival my husband, Taylor and I got to talking about our garage door needs. Initially we brought Jolly Goat out for the possibility of maintenance for the current door we have. After assessment we asked for an estimate for repair and new door. After hearing the cost for repair to the current door, it was decided we will be getting a new door instead. I appreciate the time for them making the drive out at our request. At the end of the appointment, Taylor got the final quote and other documentation sent to my email and measurements completed, so they could get the door ordered as soon as possible. With spring comes spring cleaning and we are looking forward to getting this new door, as the old one is dented, rusted, springs busted,etc... If you are looking to start spring cleaning and your garage door has more creaks than two 48 year old men getting off the couch, give Jolly Goat a call today, it will be the best decision you make for your garage door's health.
