When Taylor was 20-30 minutes from getting to us, he called me at 5 after 5 to let me know. I appreciate the promptness in the phone call. Upon arrival my husband, Taylor and I got to talking about our garage door needs. Initially we brought Jolly Goat out for the possibility of maintenance for the current door we have. After assessment we asked for an estimate for repair and new door. After hearing the cost for repair to the current door, it was decided we will be getting a new door instead. I appreciate the time for them making the drive out at our request. At the end of the appointment, Taylor got the final quote and other documentation sent to my email and measurements completed, so they could get the door ordered as soon as possible. With spring comes spring cleaning and we are looking forward to getting this new door, as the old one is dented, rusted, springs busted,etc... Kelly Belvin from Top Quality Doors came in and lifted the door, studied the spring and weighed the door. Said the spring just needed adjustments, rollers were fine. The third company came in. Complimented my garage, brought in all his tools, laid them out, and said he could do the conversion- right now!, all for $4000. But the good news was I could pay in three installments! He never lifted the door or studied it. I said no and went with Top Quality. Kelly adjusted both garage door springs and installed the opener.
