I called them to fix my two garage door openers, but the technician, James, claimed that my sensors were broken and couldn't be fixed. He insisted I needed two brand-new openers at $500 each, plus $285 in labor per unit--a total of over $1,500! He also admitted he didn't know what the clicking noise meant and said the opener wasn't showing any error codes. Despite that, he proceeded to unscrew my sensors and told me the entire system had to be replaced. Something didn't feel right, so I got a second opinion from a competitor--and they fixed everything for $245. This company is dishonest and operates without integrity. They tried to upsell me on unnecessary replacements. I strongly warn others to avoid Hall Services if you value honesty and fair pricing.

William arrived a little bit after the appt window but explained that he had got held up at his previous appointment. Can't blame him for that. William is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He serviced our garage door in no time and we haven't had any issues since. The ONLY thing I would have wished for is for someone from the office to give me a call and let me know that he was running a little late. I found Overhead's pricing reasonable and a good value. After trying 2 other companies who never answered or returned my calls, I contacted Overhead Door and they sent a gentleman out the next day. He replaced the strip, texted me a photo of the finished job, and even cleaned a wire inside the garage door button so it would send a proper signal. I had thought the keypad might be going bad, but the technician said it was fine, when he could have pretended there was a problem and charged to fix it. I really appreciate this kind of honesty. In the future, I won't call anyone but Overhead Door, and I strongly recommend that you do the same.
