Johnson & Johnson Locksmith came right to us and had our vehicle open in minutes. Locksmith suggested that we have a key made to open the door as a back up. Very fast, efficient, and convenient. Went here to make a copy of my car keys (because the dealership ONLY gave me one) so i wanted a second one just to lock my door etc. I called around to see what my options are because i JUST wanted this key for that purpose. I like this place because they didn't try to sell me a whole new fob, to start my car.... (you know the whole spiel). Long story short, I was in & out within 5 minutes and didn't pay over 3 bucks. Went in there to make a copy for my car key, the miss who was there helped me out with a great attitude and I was in and out.

Pros: 1. They do good work. I took a key in that needed to be cut and coded. The key worked perfectly. 2. The price is fair. Not cheap, but not overpriced when compared with other vendors. Cons: 1. Stated office hours may or may not be what they actually work. They advertise that they are open 8 am to 5 pm. I'm currently standing in front of their building (October 5, 2018) and it is 8:20. The front doors are still locked, no one answers the phone, there is no notice on the website about being closed today... just nothing. Thus the three stars instead of five. 2. Speciality personnel may not be on site when you arrive. **Update: They finally opened the doors at 8:39 am. I needed car keys cut and programmed. I waited about 45 minutes. The keys were cut, but I was then informed that the programmer wasn't in. I left my number and was assured I would be called when the programmer came in. After about an hour of running errands, I still didn't receive a call. I decided just to go by and see. When I arrived, there were 5 employees on site, including the programmer. After waiting to be seen, the programmer had my keys done in about 30 minutes. All in all: I arrived there at 8 am and walked out of the door with two finished car keys at 10:45. Total cost for two keys to be cut and programmed: $62. The keys work as they should. I still stand by my original assessment made earlier today. I think 3 stars is being generous for the level of customer service I received, but they do good work at a fair price, so I'll stick with three stars. Bottom line: They are good locksmiths, but do call and confirm that they are open and any specialists (i.e. programmers) you need are on site before you come. read more

My mom recently had to change all locks for her home, and André from Johnson & Johnson came out to her home, treated her and her space with great respect, explained openly the options she had, and the costs for each option. He gave her for advice and did a wonderful job of reworking the locks. She is very satisfied with the work and indicated that he was such a professional. Because of her experience, she will use J&J for her locksmith needs, but will also recommend Johnson and Johnson Locksmith to those who need a locksmith in the future. I always used them for my store to re-key if manager left or quit. Well I called them for an issue with a door handle on my storage unit. He showed up and it took him less than 5 min to fix the issue no parts no replacement handle. The bill total ?? ABSURD 65$ trip fee and $50 labor fee total $115. I called told him that was absurd and he said its always a trip fee of 65$ and then minimum labor fee of $50!! Doesn't seem to be the case by the looks of this other review david paid $55 to get into his house??? No trip fee just a labor cost? Just ridiculous this is how you lose customers I have been using them over 5 yrs and won't ever again because of this and the guy that answered the phone didn't seem to care! read more

iI lost a key to a customers truck and was in a panic so I called what I thought was a trusted name in locksmiths in the area. I have used them before and have had decent results. I guess times change...along with the integrity of certain business owners. I explained to J&J it was a single key I was needing to operate both the doors and ignition. They cut me a key so I went by their store,paid them, picked it up and tried the key they had cut for me. Doors unlocked fine...ignition didnt work at all. I informed them of this by phone and was told by the owner that it couldnt possibly br e the key and that I had to have a new ignition cylinder and it was going to cost 180.00 more. This made no sense to me since the ignition worked perfectly before. Instead of sending someone by to check their work ,they assumed it was my problem and not theirs. Their owner went as far as to call me personally and tell me that if I needed any further service ,I needed to take it to Ford..He washed his hands of it. Now I dont know if he couldnt do the right thing...or just elected not to. In any case...another locksmith fixed the problem with the key that the so called professionals cut for me. The key now turns the ignition as well as the door and starts the truck every time now....Alls well ends well...right? If youre in a pinch ...and need someone to do it right without making excuses for an obvious quality control problem.I,dont waste your money with J&J..call someone else read more

I called them on Thanksgiving because I was locked out of my house. He told me that it would cost $125.00 because of the holiday rate. I waited and called them the next day. He is quick! And fast(less than a minute). And he charged me $55 dollars to get into my place. I gave him 5 stars because I could tell he didn't want to ask one of his employees to leave their families just to open a door. Additionally, upon payment, he wanted to physically see my id, he would just look at it though the wallet. This man cares about taking care of the customer, but he really cares about his employees. Johnsons are the highest priced locksmith in Lawton and they do not stand behind their work. If you use them once, you will undoubtably return trying to get them to fix their mistakes only to find out that they will only try to fix their mistake for an extra charge. There is no chance of getting a fair deal at this place and their is no chance that they will not try to belittle you. read more

Stopped by their business on 7-18-18 and talked to the owners son about making new keys for my motorcycle, he told me to bring my gas cap and he would have new keys made in 10 minutes. Brought the gas cap in the next day and the father/ owner basically called me an idiot and told me none of his employees could do that but wouldn't give me a reason why. Took the gas cap to Jeff's Key and safe and he had me new keys for me in less than 5 minutes (by using the key code on the bottom of the gas cap). Johnson may have a nice shop and I know at least some of their employees are good but the owner is a twat who needs to learn to show some respect when a paying and polite customer comes for work to be done. read more
