All through out the set-up process they were helpful and clear with their services, the set-up was fast and the service for our condo was reliable and fast. Through out the 3 months of service we didn't have any issues with large drops of speed or outages throughout a few major storms we had this past May-July timeframe. The cancelation of our service was easy, and I had a very pleasurable experience with the service members I came into contact with at their office. Finding good, consistent internet with friendly focus on customer service is hard to come by, and I'm glad to say I was pleasantly surprised with this branch. The only negative I will add is the set up crew was....odd....and having three guys inside our condo seemed a bit excessive and slightly uncomfortable, but they didn't go out of their way to make the experience awkward. Also wish the 100MB plan could be like $5-$10 cheaper but since the service was reliable that's not going to be a stain on this review. Overall I was satisfied with Fidelity and those representatives I came into contact with, and I will be recommending Fidelity to my fellow service members who come into town. Cheers!

Above and Beyond!!! This store is in my opinion by far the best in Lawton, Oklahoma. I was at the…read moreother two stores and didn't get the service or assistance I needed. I even had the door locked in my face 22 minutes before their posted closing time on this past Sunday. This was the place on 2nd street. I traveled to the one located on 82nd street and they helped me and told me how to resolve my issue. I did what they told me to on Monday and was able to get 2 of the phones on our account back in service and operational. I had to travel back down to Laton (45 miles one way) to further aid me in getting the third phone back on line. I am elderly and crippled. They had it back operational and on line. They had to work on it and it took 2 people. They were very kind, polite, helpful and understanding. They were true Professional People who went out of their way to help me. I had been to all three locations in Lawton on Sunday. The 82nd street location far superceded the other two. The one on Cache road is no way one that I would recommend. They are not helpful and they just want to sell you something new and start you new service, they are anything but professional. The 3 employees that helped me and got me back in operation are an asset to AT&T. I have been a customer for the past 19 years, I should know.

This is the worst us cellular I've ever been to. Every time i go on there the service is horrid…read more The people are rude. They also do some crazy stuff. One time we went in ti figure out what happened with our bill, the girl said she was fixing it but instead she took our insurance off and changed my data. I only found this out the next day after i dropped my phone and couldn't get a replacement through insurance. Thankfully after much unnecessary stress we got everything straight. I will never walk in that store again. That's just one of many bad things from there.
