Mekhong checks these boxes. Our most recent takeout experience brought us good food but less than stellar takeout service. This is not a high bar but Mekhong did not meet this. When I walked in to get my order rather than ask me for a credit card, I got a smug look and a hand gesture of gesticulating long finger nails. After processing the order, the total did not come up on the screen, just a series of suggested tip amounts. When I asked what the total was, I got "I'll tell you after." Not good nor was the tip. Do NOT ask for a tip for a takeout order if you are going to be unhelpful, uncooperative, and somewhat rude. Go for the food but hold your nose with regard to service.
