He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I had an issue with the pressure and he came out and got it running. Jeff even looked at the pool and tightened a couple items on the filter for me. He also gave me some advice on opening and closing up the pool. Jake O. - who delivered the pool and pool parts was very polite. Jake answered all my questions. He stacked the items neatly in our garage. I had a question about the voltage on the pump - he took the pump out of the box to show me what electric I needed for the new pool. Great customer service. I tried something new yesterday, an experience that came highly recommended. It turned out to be…read moresuch a remarkable experience that I think I need to share it. I spent an hour in a tank today. Huh? I stepped into a float tank where I experienced something called "flotation therapy." It's relaxation through sensory deprivation and believe me, it is relaxing. What is a float tank? Think of a shallow bathtub inside a phone booth. The tub is filled with water that is charged with Epsom salts. The salt content makes you buoyant so your body floats easily in ten inches of saltwater. I arrived early for my appointment because it was my first visit. There is paperwork to complete (electronically, welcome to the 21st Century) and I sat in the relaxation room to do so. The spa is a warm and welcoming atmosphere with friendly guides who explain everything you need to know about your service. I entered the therapy room and in a cozy area, I quickly undressed. I stepped into the shower and washed off the daily grind, then carefully stepped into the chamber. It is lit with soft, blue light and relaxing synthesized music plays softly. I switched off the light but since music is a major part of my life, I let it play. (If you prefer, you can shut it off or you can play your own music through your cell phone via cable connection.) The experience of floating in total darkness is weird at first, but it didn't take long before I could feel every muscle relax and let go. I could also clearly hear the music underwater when my ears slipped below the surface. (Optional earplugs are provided and no, my face was never near submersion.) I had no sense of time passing. In the dark, and it is very dark inside the chamber, I felt sensations of movement. The chamber is, of course, small so my fingers, toes and the top of my head sometimes contacted the edge of the tub but I felt a sensation of motion like I was floating in circles. If I had to compare it to something, I would say it felt the way I imagine it would feel to be an astronaut, floating around the International Space Station or a Gemini capsule. My mind was racing for about half of the session but in a good way. Eventually, I felt a sense of peace sweep over me. Others who have experienced floating say they actually fall asleep. I don't remember falling asleep, but I do remember being very relaxed and all sense of time was lost. When the time limit was reached, a white light gently illuminated the chamber, signaling that my time was up. I stepped into the shower and washed off the salt, then quickly dressed and returned to the lobby. For that 75 minutes, the world simply melted away and I was simply floating in space, in my own private universe. Afterward, I was totally relaxed and could understand how a strand of spaghetti feels. I look forward to my next session, too! The new name for this business Hubs, Tubs and Pools. Worse service we have ever had and I mean ever…read morehad. The service guy is Brandon. He claims at one point he owned the business, but now he claims it is under new ownership. We don't know who is the owner because when we call he is the only one who answers the phone. Brandon has made appointments to service our spa and never showed up. No call telling us that he could not make it to our home. Other times he will make up other claims for example he had tire issues on his truck. Yet no call to infrom us he could not make it. Other times claims his Dad is dying could not make it. Again no call to inform us. We had to track him down. He swore at us on the phone. Made false promises and never came through. We have to deal with this man because the board is under warranty and it cost us plenty. Very disappoiinted. I would NEVER recommend this place unless the service guy is not working there.

Several instances of chlorine demand, crazy high phosphates, all kinds of issues. These guys have spent hours working with me to help me understand the issues I've been having. The prices are very fair and they've just instituted a rewards program. I would recommend anybody to this place.

I suspect this is another business that won't pay a living wage, so the excuse that no one will come work for them is likely.
