The bones of this place is really good. The concept excellent. I believe that whoever originated this location, their vision was exquisite. However, the management is a little strong armed. The rules are the rules, there is no gray. The pool and hot tub facilities are fabulous. However, they don't open till 9 o'clock... in winter, it would be nice to hot tub early, and then you could actually get after your day. The propane, don't even go there. They have a large propane tank, but not enough help for it to be of any use. Make sure you're full up, once you're parked, you have no options. Again, the surroundings, the walking path all the way around the pond, the ducks landing on the pond the sunsets, gorgeous...... the guests that are accustomed to being here, very friendly very nice. Very secure location. Customer service is not something that the employees are familiar with.

*** I went from happy glamper to PO'd glamper in less than 2 minutes *** OVERALL Having a good time anywhere at any given moment is one of my daily goals. But when a manager on duty chooses to be on a power trip, one's positive experience is likely to diminish drastically. ENVIRONMENT June 9-11, 2021 was my first stay here. I could tell right away that it was a little rundown. It could have been worse, but it could have easily been better. There is a large pond in the middle of the resort with a wrap around walking path. RV sites are somewhat spacious with picnic tables and a fire ring as well as hookups. A casino, cafe, swimming pool and hot tub are within reasonable walking distance. SERVICE I didn't care for the older female manager at all. She berated me about not having special orange bands on at the pool when my in-laws were told by another staff member that we didn't need them. She interrupted me three times with "who told you that?" when I was trying to tell her what site we were at and our name - that we weren't gypsies for crying out loud. Lol. There were a few other incidents with her, but you get the gist. It was all nonsensical and unnecessary seeing as how this is a prime vacation spot for elderly, retired folks and families. MY FAVORITE PART... How big the 3' swimming pool areas were. No COVID-19 worn by any guests. Staff members, yes. Such a different world than that of gestapo-like Greater Los Angeles. NOT SO FAVORITE PART... Said above manager's tactless reactions and responses plus all the bird crap from the water birds visiting the nearby pond. PARKING I'm not sure about the rules for extra overnight guests, however, my in-laws invited an uncle over for my birthday dinner. The max vehicles at our site was 2, so he had to park near the front desk. TIP The onsite market has small bags of ice for $3. An employee goes out to unlock the freezer after payment has been made. | Amenities: 3 | Service: 1 | Environment: 2 | Price: 3 |

The lake that is in the center of all the campgrounds spaces.

Very nice camp ground. Beautiful views all around. Clean bathrooms. Waking distance to casino and Café from all spaces and Campground. The only downside is the grounds around the campsites have not been taken care of very well. Knee high weeds everywhere. And sprinklers get the whole campsite wet. And you want to bring your own table because not all spaces have them. And the spaces that do cost more. But all in all it's still one of the best campgrounds around here. And we will definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to this RV park since 2010, once or twice a year. We were excited to be planning my mom's 60 th birthday this weekend. Under my name we reserved three spots in the back left corner online. We were excited to kayak and boat, use the pool and fish. But all be together. Upon checking in- my mom was first and Rose told her we are all spread out through the park because I didn't call the day before. Which is not true i did try to call twice and there is never an answer. All the years coming never had an issue! She told my mom that with us bringing children, they've had a lot of problems so to watch them closely. Her tone was very rude and disrespectful! I called and by a miracle rose answered the phone. She was extremely rude to me! I was confused about them spreading us out and couldn't understand why they couldn't move us. No compassion, no kindness whatsoever ever from her in a customer service position. A nicer attitude would've gone a long way! We tried to walk by the water but the knats are so bad it wasn't worth it. The old play ground was gone. The kayaks were gone. We ended up walking the kids to the pool the next day around 11 am! There was so much goose poop on the decking and in the pool it was a hazard for sure. We ended up buying kiddie pools to keep cool. The sand on the little beach was gross and extremely dirty too. Looking around our space there were three - 4 perfect spots open the whole weekend. With picnic tables! Our spot didn't even come with one. The weeds are so over grown all over the grounds. It's a real shame it changed so much and is now a place we will not return! As far as Rose goes she's not someone I would want working and representing my business. Guess we got the best out of it all those years. Save yourself the disappointment.

Surprise cash ball winner. Winner lakeside!

Gonna give 'em a four only because of the hospitality. This is a locals joint with a few slots, a bar, a little restaurant and a bingo room. Played bingo which is hooked to the nugget. Got tired of hearing "winner lakeside" every game. Casino is small but cocktail service is prompt and often. Crowd was friendly and it wasn't too smoky. Usually go to the nugget but since they refuse to deal with the blackjack screwup (took everyone's bet on a misdeal, should have replayed the hand) we will give lakeside some business.

We recently traded-up to a newer and larger travel trailer. The dealership include two (2) one-night stays at this RV Park. We are so glad they did because we love this place. We stayed for a total of 4 nights in a super premium site with a beachfront along the lake. So many birds call this lake home. While there were a ton of geese and gosling, we saw the maintenance staff doing an admirable job keeping the park clean. The adjacent casino, restaurant, store and gas station were definitely value adds. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The concrete pad was level and the utilities were all in excellent condition. We will definitely be back. We camped at Lakeside Casino & RV Park in a Travel Trailer. While the park-supplied WiFi was decent, we used our T-Mobile service to stream a couple of movies at night. The breakfast in the casino's restaurant was excellent (and discounted for RV guests). While in the Pahrump area, definitely check out Mom's Diner for comfort food, Romero's for great Mexican fare and Nicco's for delicious Italian pasta. These restaurants are all very affordable.

They are incredibly rude & just plain out mean to the customers. Years ago I used them & so much time went past I forgot how horrible they were. I used them again what a horrible mistake... 1) when I used them first it was around 2003. The owner came out & started throwing rocks at my car when I was leaving. When I stopped my truck & got out he hit me with a rock & said I was going to fast through his yard. He began yelling at me to the point where I got in my car & left as fast as I could scared he would assault me. The next day I emptied my unit & when I went inside the guy told me it was my fault he had to attack me & good he didn't want my business. 2) now this last year my mom needed a storage unit she chose this place before I could tell her my story. I figured 13 years has passed who knows maybe new owners now. So now with her unit... *) it rained & the entire unit was flooded. The lady at the desk said it wasn't their fault but when she moved out she would refund her $25 deposit plus an additional $25 so $50 total. Not a huge compensation for what was lost but atleast covers the dump run. * my mom vacated the unit & cleaned it completely out when she went to get her refund the lady said $25 refund of her security deposit but she never said anything else would be refunded! Last she would mail it out sometime this month. Horrible customer service , they lie to their customers. Haven't you people heard to treat others as you want to be treated. Maybe they don't believe in karma but these are bad people Update: the refund was mailed to the wrong address she conveniently left a number off my PO box! My mom is older & they took advantage of that. On the refund it says their policy is to refund it to a card but she didn't give her that option. Instead she wrote no card available
