A couple of minor hiccups, but not enough to knock off any stars: I paid by credit card, and the amount on the receipt was different from what they charged--about $5.25 more. This was an extra fee for using a credit card that no one told me about. Had I known that, I would've brought cash. There was a sign that said window tinting is cash only but nothing about a credit card fee. They told me they would call me when the car was ready. Since it was about an hour and a half walk from my house to Spot-Les, I called to see if they had any idea when the car would be done. It had been done for fifteen or twenty minutes already. The guy on the phone thought someone else had called me. If I ever get my car detailed again, I will definitely go to them. It was well worth the money.

They took care of all of my concerns with the services. I received the 5% tint all the way around and I had a 7 year ceramic coating put on. It already looked great because it's a new car but I do see an enhanced shine with the protective coating! Especially on the wheels! I would recommend Spot-Les to anyone!
