I saw Maeson advertise his car detailing services on a Facebook community group and was impressed with his presentation. Sure enough, every interaction with Maeson was professional from setting up the appointment, confirming it and showing up on time as scheduled. The work that Maeson and his partner did on my car was top notch! They thoroughly cleaned every inch and it looks like new! They even washed the outside too which is something that is not always done by bigger companies when you get the interior detailed. They brought all of their own equipment to my house and this was all so convenient that I can't say enough about how pleased I am that I happened to see their ad. The price was quite reasonable as well. I would highly recommend contacting Maeson for anything you need done for your car.

A couple of minor hiccups, but not enough to knock off any stars: I paid by credit card, and the amount on the receipt was different from what they charged--about $5.25 more. This was an extra fee for using a credit card that no one told me about. Had I known that, I would've brought cash. There was a sign that said window tinting is cash only but nothing about a credit card fee. They told me they would call me when the car was ready. Since it was about an hour and a half walk from my house to Spot-Les, I called to see if they had any idea when the car would be done. It had been done for fifteen or twenty minutes already. The guy on the phone thought someone else had called me. If I ever get my car detailed again, I will definitely go to them. It was well worth the money.

They took care of all of my concerns with the services. I received the 5% tint all the way around and I had a 7 year ceramic coating put on. It already looked great because it's a new car but I do see an enhanced shine with the protective coating! Especially on the wheels! I would recommend Spot-Les to anyone! Thank you so much for a great job and as a result, a great look! Look for me to come get my car washed there as well!

Due to the curb layout, the station is positioned too far from the driver's side window to reach comfortably from inside your car. I didn't realize this until I heard my wheels and rims scraping against the curb while trying to pull up. An employee did run out to help, but it was already too late to avoid the damage. The manager I spoke with seemed aware that this happens frequently -- they even have someone stationed there most of the time to assist drivers, but that person wasn't present when I arrived. If you would like to avoid this frustration, I'd recommend going somewhere else until they redesign this setup.
