Management has become my biggest frustration, specifically the way Isaac B. manages the driving range. On multiple occasions during peak golf season, the range has been closed hours before dusk despite perfectly good weather. It's incredibly frustrating to make the trip out there expecting to practice, only to find the range closed for seemingly no good reason. Years ago, Druids also regularly allowed golfers to hit off the grass. In recent years, it seems to be mats almost exclusively, which is another significant downgrade. Unfortunately, the golf course itself doesn't make up for it. In my experience, course conditions have been marginal at best and simply don't justify the green fees they're charging. Druids Glen used to be a place I enjoyed and regularly supported, which makes its decline even more disappointing. At this point, between the course conditions, pricing, driving-range restrictions, and my experiences with management, I can't recommend it. There are better-run golf facilities that offer a much better experience for the money.

The bar and grill is pretty small and was understaffed for a group of 100+. Cart girls were great during the round and helped make up for the bar. The course itself was in decent shape (better than last year at this point). Areas around the greens were a bit burned out so you didn't know how your ball was going to react. Bunkers need to be cleared of rocks which is surprising for a course that costs this much. The course really needs to work on the grumpy marshal that was circling the course. He singled out my wife's group a couple of times and was really pushing them to play faster even though they could see the group in front of them which was my group. Had them pick up their ball at one point and told them to take a birdie since "it will be dark soon". It was at least an hour til dark and they had 2 holes left. He must just like picking on the women since he didn't say anything to us despite several passes.

My partner can't walk the whole course due to a heart condition. There was no accommodation for his disability! And there was no apology for the inconvenience from the pro shop team. On top of that the 9 holes was around $80! They also have a no spectator rule...I always ride in the cart if I'm not playing at all the courses around WA, but paying another $80 just to join my partner for 9 holes was not outrageous: We got a refund and left after waiting an hour to find out I couldn't join him for his round. I will be calling the manager Monday and I will not be recommending this course to anyone unless you're going for lunch.

I physically go in to talk to the worker to let them know that customers are being hung up on and they said there was no physical phone number to this location and that it gets routed to a call center in Dallas. He apologizes but has absolutely no fix. He tells me there's a 60min wait for a bay. I swing around back and I see at least the entire 2nd floor empty! Over 34 bays are empty when they could let people play. The parking lot is 1/2 full. If there's no wait staff, then at least tell the patrons that there's no waiter service and I can just hit some golf balls like a regular driving range. You're still getting my hourly rate for just hitting the ball. This is why I don't ever want to book a party here. There's no way to even coordinate with anyone, the workers have no power/resolution. I mean, I WANT to give them my money but Topgolf is horribly managed and run completely not efficiently. This place could make so much more money but no one is listening to the customers. Money is actively leaving bc customers are being turned away. And the staff can't/won't help and don't even have phones to answer phones bc they don't get phone calls routed to them. The cart pricing is also a bit odd, as they charge full price per person for each 9 holes. So, for a group of four using two carts, each golfer must pay the full cart price. Despite the unusual pricing, I feel like the course can be quite enjoyable and relaxing on non-peak days. But can't quite know it without experiencing the non-peak days.
