Pro: Starter was really nice and friendly, I jokingly told him he is one spoiled child because he graduated from USC. Cons: Condition is probably the worst out of all the public courses I have ever played, and way overpriced. Usually, conditions on the fairways are bad, but good greens tend to make up for it, I mean tolerable. This one is totally bad all around. Also, this course really has no views whatsoever except for maybe 1 hole where the tip of Mt Rainier is visible. I rather spend my time and money golfing at White Horse GC, if I ever visit Seattle again. read more

I have played this course multiple times and also ate at the restaurant. Here is a list of the pros and cons: Pros: 1.) course is fun 2.) each hole is unique 3.)staff is friendly 4.) they have a nice range/putting green/chipping green 5.) restaurant has pretty good food/drinks 6.) great views 7.) pace of play usually pretty decent 8.) course is challenging 9.) can usually get a tee time pretty easily. Druids Glen is a great place for golf and their restaurant. Unfortunately, the owners (Parks Legacy) have used the excuse that "we would love to save the golf course, but the County has left us no choice but the option we are taking". The "option they are taking" is they have applied for a permit to bulldoze the golf course and you've probably heard this from someone else since they have been very secretive about this. I suggested to a Parks Legacy representative to enlist the help of Reagan Dunn and to publish their dilemma on Facebook, but he didn't do that. Doesn't sound to me like a company that wants to "save the golf course". read more

Came today for 'birthday' golf for my husband with family and dear friends. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent greens and groundskeeping in the general, plus adored Marcia (sp?) the very nice food/beverage cart lady who made some exceptional drinks for us along the way. I took my grandson to Druids Glen golf course for a fun outing to visit his relatives that work at the course. I had the turkey club to go with sweet potato fries to take home. Omg so good even after a 50 min ride back to west Seattle. The sourdough bread was delicious! Everything about it was perfect and Willow packed it up for me. And she did not forget the Ketsup. What a beautiful course! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! The morning started off rainy and I was worried about our noon tee time. Turned out to be a beautiful day! The course was well-maintained with scenic views around every turn. The challenges were fun throughout the course. Afterwards we enjoyed a FANTASTIC lunch! A wonderful course with excellent staff! I'm always excited when I get a chance to visit.

I haven't played the entire course at Druid's Glen; right now I feel it's best if I just practice at the driving range. The range has been better kept for the last year or so - they replaced the pads some time ago, and they added new signage and fleet, which is nice. My husband has played here several times, and we have only a couple of concerns. First, at the driving range, management allows players to hit from the grass on certain days and not use the mats. The grass area is littered with cigarette butts and divots, so it would be ideal for management to either hire staff to clean up the area or, better yet, prohibit players from hitting from the grass. Secondly (and one of the main reasons I haven't played a full round here), whenever my husband has reserved a tee time, they've paired him with other players, even when he's asked to play solo. It's a little too pricey for us to buy out a four spot just so I can be comfortable. I've heard it's a challenging course and I don't want to hold up any players we might happen to be paired with. Other than that, it's a beautiful looking course. read more

Who golfs here! This place is absolutely a getto. I have golf many many places throughout my lifetime and never have I felt like I got ripped off There are garbage everywhere, cigarette butts and beer cans everywhere. (Do you guys maintain?) At least My expectations were not what I saw. I should have took some pictures of the course condition but I didn't even care at the time. (I wasn't going back) Also experienced a employees being rude to another customer with foul language and threatening to kick customers out! Kind of interesting to see what all the fuss was about and employees there was threatening a customers and yelling about why the cart was being driven into the field. They were trying to explain to the employees driving cart into the field was okayed by the employees when they called in to book the time. Anyways, this place seems like a joke and to much drama to visit again for me. Fyi, it is way out in the boondocks to get here. Not, what i would call a convenient location either. read more

What an awful experience the practice area is in disrepair the staff was beyond rude and the pace of play was slow. Not at all a fan it might be worth $25 in peek season on the weekend. Did I mention the water hazards were 80% or more empty and the sand was trash? read more

Had a wonderful time. Ignore all of these bad reviews because the course is beautiful. Few soggy spots but given the fact that the whole PNW has been FLOODED recently, the course was in phenomenal shape and with a few warmer dryer days to firm up the ground, this course will be a gem! New investment, new groundskeeper, greens were lush, fairways were great, the bunkers are clean and devoid of rocks. Staff were friendly, driving range mats are new and plenty...this course is going to play great in the summer. read more

This course charges way too much for a senior rate on a Monday with a cart. Just ridiculous and the course was not in good shape. The clubhouse staff was not to friendly for what they charge. The starter today on the first tee was very friendly, and i wish i would have remembered his name. Other than that the tee boxes were horrible very dry and just dirt. Some of the fairways were not good, But the greens had a nice roll to them and I love the mountain views on this course I've played it before and enjoyed it every time, but this time just got to me with the price and the lack of groundskeeping on the course was so bad. If you want a more decent experience drive a little farther down the road and go to Auburn golf course. Much better for the price. read more

To me and many other local golfers Druids Glen is among the best golf courses in the area. From tee to green every hole is very challenging; you have to strategically work your way around the course if you wish to score well. Not too often will you find yourself with a flat lie in the fairways and you do not want to be in the rough because not only is it well defined but it is thick and it will make you pay. Druids Glen (the course) I would rank just below Washington National but quality for the value Druids Glen would most certainly take home the hardware. For $45 I was able to play 18 holes at 7:30am with a cart, less than half of what I would have payed at Washington National for the same tee time (just over $100 there). I played Druid's a few years back and it was in HORRIBLE shape; dead all around. I enjoyed the layout, however, and was looking forward to going back. Unfortunately, while improved (the greens especially), it's still in pretty bad shape for what you're paying. Compared to Salish Cliffs (which I played the day before at a lower rate, so I feel the comparison is valid), Druid's was a Texas dirt track. I get you can only do so much with players, but I've never seen so many unrepaired divots to match the spotty grass and turf. On the petty side of things, what could be really cool water features look low-rent since they don't actually fill up the ponds. Worth noting that, at least when we played, the restaurant wasn't open in the morning (it was when we finished around 11:30), and there aren't any amenities available, e.g., soda or snacks, so load up before you get there. read more

I will never play here again. Ever. Checked in solo for a round at Druids Glen that I reserved and paid for. A foursome shows up while I'm warming up / putting. I noticed that they teed off near my scheduled tee time. As a result, I'm sure that I'll be about 5-10 minutes late... As I approach the tee, a guy from the pro shop rolls up on a cart and tells me that he squeezed the foursome in ahead of me (a solo golfer) and if they slowed me down, to call the pro shop so that they could "ask" them if I can play through. As far as courses go this has quickly become one of my favorites. The best part is that it is actually only about 15min from my house! With that being said I have to admit this was the first time I had golfed here. We showed up around 9:45am to check it out & get loosened up for our first 18 of the year. I was actually impressed right from the start. The putting green was in really good shape & actually had some good hole locations for practice. The driving range is very convenient & a bucket of balls wasn't outrageous. It's out in the open & very spacious, which I prefer compared to the usual cubicle style. We also stopped in the bar to get some drinks for our time on the first 9(We were definitely stopping by to refill before the back 9!) The bartender was fantastic, she was in a great mood & served great drinks! The price again was reasonable and the best part is that they have coolers that they will fill with ice for your drinks. We were actually a total group of 8. We had 2 tee times back to back starting at 11:20am. From the second we teed off we were never rushed. The warden checked on us a few times but it was just to simply to see how we were doing. The course overall was in really good shape for the time of year. The greens were good and just a few of the fairways were soggy. We couldn't have asked for a better day & the experience overall was great. I am really looking forward to golfing here again as soon as possible. read more

It's worse ..charged way too much for the conditions it was in , pushy ass rude Marshall's ( we were waiting in the group in front who seemed to have lost balls in the swampy fairway ) the greens were knarly , etc ... and the real deal breaker was that my buddy made the tee time , paid in advance and wouldn't you know it , they double booked us with another 4 some ‍‍..... we just wanted to golf so we waited 30 minutes past our tee time ... lol it was comedy at this point . So last year was a tough one for this course unfortunately. It had always been one of my favorite courses in the area but that changed for awhile. They lost most of there greens last year and was just generally in bad shape. I am here to say it is back!!!! Played there today and from the interaction with the Head Pro Erik to the last putt it was a great experience. Every green has come back and the course was in great shape. Tee boxes were all flat and in great shape. I'm not sure who is the superintendent now as the old one was let go. Im here to say he or she is doing an excellent job. I thought the greens might be lost forever but the were saved and rolling great. Cheers to the whole staff for weathering a tough year and coming back stronger than ever. read more

Played here over the weekend. We played from the whites and I found it was a very pleasant course. However, any further back, especially from the tips and I would have been in trouble. Sure the water made it tough but I managed to stay out of it for the most part as well as the beach. Greens seemed fast and broke very hard usually right at the very end. Of course pin placement has a lot to do with this. My best hole by far was number 11. After a crushing 290 yard drive, followed up by a 95 yard second shot... Holed it! EAGLE BABY! The course is fun, has a few zigs fairly well maintained. But we had a 5 hour and 40 min round. That's nuts. Foursome in front of us had NO one in front of them after the second hole. And many many people had no bunker manners. Who knew which foot prints to rake? I know my size 6's and there were dozens of big feet tromping through the bunkers. Including the group in front of us - never saw them rake. Plus Not a marshall in sight to keep the round moving. My friend invited me a month ago, Aug. 2018. A little bit improved, but still it was not worth to pay + $60. Went to Druids on a Saturday. 1:04 tee time Pros: - Got out on time. Tournament still going on on front so he sent us to the back to start. - Tees and Fairways in good shape. - Beer was cold Cons: - Greens were inconsistant and some were torched. - No water fountains, ball washers, bathrooms(?), or Marshalls. Last 2 times here took over 5 hours. They sure charge you enough to merit these small conveniences. - Got a beer at the turn...had to pry attendant from personal conversation to help me. Gave her $1 tip, not even a thank you, just back to gabbing. - One of our golfboards got a flat tire. Call to pro shop, on hold for 5 minutes, finally got to restaurant, who said "oh sorry they are busy please call back in a few minutes...knowing we were stranded on the course. Overall, poor service and few amenities for $95??? Sorry folks, we will not be back. read more

Extremely disappointed. Golfed here weekly for years,and back for the first time since 2014. Course is in horrible shape. Hard pan, dirt in middle of fairways and around greens. Layout is wonderful and is what I love but the course looks like a poorly kept muni. Green fee and a cart is $100+ on a weekday - double what is was not long ago. Course value is not commensurate with cost. Talked to front desk and they gave me a canned speech about paying $1M per year for water. Obvious they have given this speech before. Very disappointed in the experience. Will not go back and suggest you avoid. read more

Hello. I have played here numerous times before 2015 and when I played here last summer (Aug, 2017) entire course was in bad condition. Why were greens so sandy and bumpy? It was so bad I asked pro shop for refund and he said no one actually complained. So I thought this was normal for this course and decided to never come back here until i found a bunch of reviews on yelp that everyone was not happy with the course. Not impressed with the course and employees who has no idea what is really going on. now I felt like they scammed $60 from me and my golf buddies. read more

Nice course with Mt Rainier super close. Good walking course. Wide fairways with some water, greens were great in April. A few deep well placed sand traps can make things difficult. It's a longer drive than you think and a bit pricey in my opinion at $65 to walk I wouldn't be able to sneak as many rounds behind the wife's back. read more

This used to be one of my favorite courses. Unfortunately not anymore, crazy high rates paired with a course that seems neglected. The driving range balls are garbage, at times it's hard to find a patch of grass on the fairways and occasionally near the greens. I am new to golf and out of the six courses I have played in WA with a large group of people. The course was fun with challenges. But people spend a lot of money to have a good time and compete. Not get pushed at every damn whole to go faster. This was the worst experience ever golfing, will never go again until management changes. Quick tip for management, you club will fail if you do not know what customer service is. I don't like to play with slow people either, but come on... We played the whole freaking day, walk to your ball and hit. No golf edict what so ever. BTW i forgot to mention..Thanks for helping me lose my business clients, that day. If you every golf only go as a twosome and make sure you ride. I honestly think just go to Auburn Golf Course. read more

This place has stunning views and the drive here from Issaquah is scenic and relaxing; however there are several things that I did not enjoy: 1. There isn't any hole information at any tee off point and the scorecard info on each hole isn't current and too difficult to gauge yardage. 2. The play speed is beyond slow, they have 4 min gaps in tee offs and its horrible. We had to actually call to get the Marshal involved, twice. It shouldn't take 5.5 hrs to play a round of golf for 4 people. 3. Price is too high for the above issues. read more

The photos for this golf course are extremely misleading. Let me end the suspense for you and let you know that the course looks absolutely nothing like the photos they post on their site. Their greens are the worst of any course I have played in the greater seattle area- there are literally multiple patches of grass the size of my hand missing on all 18 greens. The best way i can describe the fairways are that they look like they are under constant construction. The two pro shop guys (one was an old man, the other was a middle aged fat guy) were hands down the most incompetent, rude, and impolite golf course employees we have come across. We burned over $150 at the facility (green fees, pro v golf balls, beverages and food, etc). Honesty would have no reason to ever come back here. read more
