This course is slowly falling apart more than it used to be the fairways are bone dry it's almost like your ball is hitting concrete cartpaths so lay up because the ball will roll forever. The greens are unfortunately are also drier than the Sahara desert areas where they're just the soils cracking apart. Round of golf was $55 cart was almost $40 The driving range supposedly is under repair. Don't necessarily know what their repairing the mats are aged and rough. You're not hitting on a flat service so to each their own, maybe it gets you ready for the round.. also the pads are also completely packed full of dirt and dust. The kitchen was closed. I don't know if they permanently closed it so very minimal selection on food couple sandwiches in the drink coolers got your standard water, Gatorade, few sodas, limited selection on swing lube (beer). Pros: forgiving course pretty open unless the ball just keeps on rolling. Quiet usually don't have to wait too long for the people in front of you. Gas carts so quick driving. Cons: need to put a hammer in your bag to get your tees into the tea boxes. The greens are whack. They need to invest a little bit money in their intercom too because you don't understand anything they're saying.

The course itself is on the smaller side, resulting in shorter-than-average fairways for each hole. On busier days like weekends, these shorter distances lead to longer wait times and groups bunching up, causing a more rushed pace than usual. The cart pricing is also a bit odd, as they charge full price per person for each 9 holes. So, for a group of four using two carts, each golfer must pay the full cart price. Despite the unusual pricing, I feel like the course can be quite enjoyable and relaxing on non-peak days. But can't quite know it without experiencing the non-peak days. However, on busy days, it can become slow with no mitigation for longer periods between tee times.

Great customer service here. Many of the staff will go around in their carts to the different guests around the course, refilling drinks and providing snacks. I also like that they recognized frequent customers. The club itself was nice, and served as a great gathering space for our event. There's a bar area and many rooms to use for set-up, meetings rooms and/or conferences, and a banquet area. There was also a large back deck area that looked out to the course. Have gone WAYYYY up 4.) The course was not in great shape last time I played especially the greens. Putts would bounce on the green and can see lots of hairy patches. Need to water more but hey, that would cost them $$ so that is out. 5.) I don't personally like the layout of the course that much. My original review notes generic reply if "PM me" and it leads to no where bc you can't call. There's no email. I've tried to email Topgolf btw. No reply either. You will get hung up on if you try to call. The virtual assistant wouldn't send us to a real person who I know is behind the desk.. actually staring at the 2 people just not doing anything but standing there. I physically go in to talk to the worker to let them know that customers are being hung up on and they said there was no physical phone number to this location and that it gets routed to a call center in Dallas. He apologizes but has absolutely no fix. He tells me there's a 60min wait for a bay. I swing around back and I see at least the entire 2nd floor empty! Over 34 bays are empty when they could let people play. The parking lot is 1/2 full. If there's no wait staff, then at least tell the patrons that there's no waiter service and I can just hit some golf balls like a regular driving range. You're still getting my hourly rate for just hitting the ball. This is why I don't ever want to book a party here. There's no way to even coordinate with anyone, the workers have no power/resolution. I mean, I WANT to give them my money but Topgolf is horribly managed and run completely not efficiently. This place could make so much more money but no one is listening to the customers. Money is actively leaving bc customers are being turned away. And the staff can't/won't help and don't even have phones to answer phones bc they don't get phone calls routed to them. Might as well not have them there bc what do they do but turn people away and apologize as money walks out the door??? I'm so disappointed. It's a great place to hit a golf ball if they let you or let you give them money!
