My 8 year old son needed to have a protruding tooth pulled in between his two central incisors. Dr. Blandings' calm melodic voice was able to fill my son with confidence that all would be well. Once the movie was on, the pain killer was administered with a water pick sort of tool, the tooth was extracted! As if picking grapes off a vine!! My son afterwards had said "I'm so glad you did not pull my tooth out" ! I told my son, they did pull your tooth out, and his eyes couldn't believe it! Thank you everyone! Of course my child really likes the snacks and games available for the patients. So Thank you for that service. Dr. Matthew Lineberger has been assessing my daughter for a few years on the correct timing of his braces. We made a decision recently to go with another orthodontist. The reason that we decided to go with another Orthodontist is because I noticed that last few times that I was in the office that there were no people of color. There were only caucasians working in the Huntersville office. There should have been at least two people of color as there were at least 15 employees in the office (not one African American working ). Dr. Lineberger s wall display is full of athletes that are men of color - however is ortho team is not diverse at all. I would like to see the doctor providing equal opportunity for all races. I traveled from out of state for this surgery because Dr. Haigney was highly recommended for his expertise in implant surgery. The entire staff was very informative and welcoming. Initially, I found it odd that a plastic surgeon was also an oral surgeon but there were no issues. While the uncovered portion of insurance is payable in advance of surgery, my dental Insurance was processed without issue . She was in and out of the office within 2.5 hours max. Dr. Haigney called the next morning to check on her status. As a mother, T]this made me feel really good. If there were any issues with my daughter, I would have been able to address them with him directly. However, she had no issues. Her pain today (2 days later) is minimal and she had a cheeseburger today. It was great to see take 30 minutes to eat a meal; I hope this tradition continues. :) As with all dental surgery, know that you will have prescriptions to drop off and pick up immediately after to ensure the minimum pain level is maintained on behalf of the patient. This was not the case for me personally (with a surgeon in Greensboro) but is specifically important when your wisdom teeth are extracted.

The surgeon said he would be a great provider for our more complex then run of the mill dental care needed. Dr. Kye has been a wonderful provider and we will continue to use him. He is very knowledgable on any dental questions or care we have. He also screens for a couple of cancers which I had never had a dentist do before. I like that he is so proactive. It brings peace and calm to know he is looking out for his patients care in a more comprehensive way then any other dentist I have used. Stephanie is a delight and so communicative. She is prompt and on point. She books the next appointment before you leave. She knows how long non standard services require or will check if a couple of items to ensure smooth scheduling. Any time I have insurance questions or need receipts she takes care and pops them over to me in the best format for me. I prefer digital but they are happy to do printed too. I like the big windows in the rooms because there are adorable squirrels that play and run around. It is fun to watch. My favorite part is that Dr. Kye and his wife Jennifer who works at the practice too are massive dog people! We catch up on each other's rescue pups and trade local references of places for dog needs. They recommended us to our current groomer and a pet store we love. I find the dog stories adorable and make dental work that much brighter and more enjoyable. We are very happy with the care we receive and so happy we found them 4 years ago! We would not hesitate to refer andy friends or family to them.

They were all broken and my bite was all messed up and had needed work for some time. I tried a couple other dentists but none were nearly as good as Dr Chris. It took several months and several phases but he got it done right. I've been very happy with them ever since.
