I did some damage to my teeth and mouth. Yes, we still drive from Chapel Hill for our dental appointments because we knew years ago we had found the best! Dr Chichetti calmly spoke with us before we left the house had his team ready for my arrival. The ladies at the front were kind and sympathetic as they guided me to the back. Esme, Dr Chichetti's assistant, gently got me ready for Dr Chichetti who calmly explained everything he was going to do so I didn't have any surprises. Dr Chichetti started to work his magic and repeatedly asked if I was ok. Amy Chichetti came in to give me moral support and encouragement, Dr Patel stopped in to lend moral support and reassurance, and the rest of the team worked together to ensure the other patients received great care during their appointments. When Dr Chichetti called the next day to see how I was doing, I could honestly say that I was doing well and was confident that his skill and the team's compassion had turned around a frightening and serious situation into a positive experience. Dr Chichetti laid out several plans based on my healing progress and I'm completely confident that I'll have the best outcome possible. You can be certain Chichetti and Patel Dental Wellness is THE BEST.

I had braces as a teenager and after having my teeth straightened I barely wore the retainer, so here we are!! Now that I'm an adult I realized that my teeth have shifted and my bite is off. My dentist just happened to refer me, but I would have chosen them regardless. I'm paying out of pocket because my dental insurance does not cover any of the expenses, but they were willing to work with me on a plan that fits my budget. My consultation was easy, together we decided the procedures that best works for me and I walked out that very day with braces. So far, everything is going to plan. I can't wait to see what my new and improved beautiful smile looks like.

That felt like kind of an extreme intervention and a little early so I got a second opinion on the West Coast with an orthodontist my friends go to, who said so he would no way extract, he would watch and wait. I am very glad I didn't put my son through tooth removal unnecessarily. After that experience I hear it's pretty rare for orthodontist to still do extractions, that that approach is a bit antiquated.

The staff is friendly (with the exception of the orthodontist doctor that is not a Lineberger - she was very rude ) and the timing of our appointments are always prompt. Of course my child really likes the snacks and games available for the patients. So Thank you for that service. Dr. Matthew Lineberger has been assessing my daughter for a few years on the correct timing of his braces. We made a decision recently to go with another orthodontist. The reason that we decided to go with another Orthodontist is because I noticed that last few times that I was in the office that there were no people of color. There were only caucasians working in the Huntersville office. There should have been at least two people of color as there were at least 15 employees in the office (not one African American working ). Dr. Lineberger s wall display is full of athletes that are men of color - however is ortho team is not diverse at all. I would like to see the doctor providing equal opportunity for all races. Diversity and Inclusion is just as important. Thank you.
