Kelly rearranged things and was very helpful and got me in to see Jessica, the nurse practitioner. Jessica was very patient and nice and not only listened but was relatable. She prescribed me much needed relief and also came out and helped me pick out the over the counter medicine I needed. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time here and was blown away with everything that they offer - it is like they took a Target and shrunk it down! The ones working in the pharmacy itself were super busy, but still very nice and friendly. Jessica is the pharmacist that we talked to and although she was busy, she took time to listen without making us feel like we were a bother. And she was friendly to boot! They have fresh fruit and veggies and they looked fresh and in good condition. They have a deli - they have a large frozen foods section - they have clothing, bakeware, groceries... I even bought some cute oven-proof bowls to make french onion soup in! And you would think that the prices would be way high, but although a few things were a little higher, the majority of the products were priced pretty much what you would pay at Giant Eagle or Target. Anyway, I did not expect to find all of this, along with great customer service in a drug store! Who knew? Well now we all do!

They have a really nice deli with a large selection of meats, cheeses and salads. Some grab n go sandwiches and snacks are available at the deli and at the front of the store as well. They have a decent sized fresh produce kiosk, dairy, frozen and huge beer and wine section. It is indeed a one stop shop. They DO save you the run around, as their famous jingle indicates. The thing that I love most about Drug Mart is that they carry a lot of items that no one else does. Even right down to a local made almond milk. Love that! They have aisles and aisles of just about anything you could need at competitive prices. I've found some more hard to find cosmetics and hair products there, too. And did I mention that their cosmetics department is huge? My only complaint is that I wish they carried more lines of cruelty free products, but they're progressing. So, overall, I'm thrilled that there's a location so close to home now and it's not another CVS or Walgreen's. If you're in the area, check it out!

The store looked to be clean, safe, and well-stocked with products. I bought several snacks and drinks. The cashier greeted me, carefully bagged my products, and told me to have a great night. Some of the prices were reasonable, and other prices were high. I feel thankful that I bought what I needed and that the service was very good.

Basic customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. Prescriptions only. Like any business, those who specialize in one thing always do it better than anyone else. In this location about 40 years speaks highly of them. They offer free delivery in the local area and the pharmacist is a gem. Her name is Ashley and she spends time answering all questions and is available by phone. If you have to wait a while, it's because they deal with dangerous drugs requiring exacting regulations and not all insurance billing goes through the first time. This isn't fast food. Be polite and your courtesy will be returned. Sometimes getting through on Monday mornings takes a few calls. People must save up all requests over weekends and run to the phone at 9 am.

This pharmacy have either lied and said they are delivering his medicine and then never show up or just refused to fill a medicine due to they think he doesn't need the medicine. Easterday was amazing and I loved them but I refuse to give any business to Benzer due to the horrible service and rude workers. I rather spend more at another pharmacy where I know my Dads medicine will be handle correctly and I wont have to worry if he is missing meds due to unprofessional people who have no business working there.
