We were able to get our exams, meet with the doctor, and pick out our frames in a matter of an hour. The girl that helped us with picking our frames was so nice. We were told it'd be about 10 business days before our glasses would be in, and it was exactly a week when they called to say they were in. Picking up our glasses was such a quick and easy process. I have zero complaints about the whole process from setting up the appointments to getting our glasses.

So no glasses for her because you have one wall to look at for glasses and she hated all of them. My frames have a "rush" on them as it has been 3 weeks she tells me they are on the way. Call today. They haven't left the facility. They don't know shit what's going on. They can't tell you anything about you glasses so yet why order through them. Go somewhere else
