He is a very knowledgeable gentleman, and he was able to give me suggestions on the most cost-effective tires, all with a non-pushy attitude. Also, very timely service for a busy day as the balance, wheel alignment, and lung nut and two new tire installation was performed within 45 mins if not less. As we know, it is difficult to find honest work in auto service and even more so to place your trust in the people handling your car. I am fortunate enough to say that I have found my shop, and my experience with Nicholas and his teammates played a significant role. I will definitely be returning to this location for auto service in the future. 2) Jesse at Humble Discount Tire (across the Deebrook Mall) offered a kind, positive, and confident attitude when helping me out on Dec 16, 2025. He is a very knowledgeable gentleman, and he was able to give me suggestions on the most cost-effective wheels and tires, all with a non-pushy attitude. Once my car went in service, other associates were able to answer my questions with kindness and confidence. Also, very timely service for a busy day as four (4) wheel and tire installation took less than 30 mins. One of them even provided me with a spare piece and informed me on when and how to use it should I suffer a flat tire on the road. As we know, it is difficult to find honest work in auto service, and even more so to place your trust in the people handling your car. I am fortunate enough to say that I have found my shop, and my experience with Jesse and his teammates played a significant role. I was at the shop the day before for new tires, and I forgot to ask to keep my old tire. The following morning, I gave the shop a call and a team member named Stephen answered. I explained the situation, and Stephen gave me the impression that it was no trouble at all - but I can only imagine the trouble it is to hunt for a tire through a pile of several old tires. Nonetheless, Stephen was able to retrieve the tire, and was happy to wait on me to pick it up that same day. When I arrived, Stephen was busy helping out other customers, as well as giving a hand to his teammates in the bay area. A few minutes later, he received me with a smile, and rolled over the tire to my car. He even dedicated a few minutes of his precious time to "apologize for the trouble" and shake my hand. These kind of actions and attitudes are what gain a customer for life. Come to find out that I had a nail in my tire that they patched for free (warranty) and if it couldn't be patched, they would have replaced it for free. They also price match, so don't let their online tire prices deter you. Additionally, they have mobile service at this location and can meet you at your location.
