Must wait in line to show id and registration to get a parking pass. Got uber rides back to place, drivers must complete check in process; takes forever. Employees are slow and super nasty. Sauce was a little spicy for some. Beans $3 need a little bit more spice. Brisket $10! was a bit dry and fatty. Pulled pork $8 was a great helping and delicious, but some got it cold also. Another popular, unique drink item was smoothie $5. Crazy critique is the line for the café went in and figure 8? Suggestions: figure out a more efficient way to run the line. Either pay first or get your food first in a circular motion. And work on the timing of the hot food.

With all the money this place takes in, you would think they would maintain all parking areas better. The referees are also lacking. Many games escalate out of control. I've now seen two players punch another player during two separate games. Although they're just quick cheap shots to the back or side, these offenses need to be taken more seriously. The first time it happened, nothing was done. This occurred at a u12 game last year. The second time, at a u14 game, the player was given a yellow card. That player was then allowed to walk away laughing with no further repercussions. We were outraged by the lack of calls on the dirty playing. Their coach had the audacity to tell one of our players that he was being "cheap" after he got tangled up with one of his players. Then our coach gets an email from the manager saying there were complaints from the other team's parents that we were heckling their players! Unbelievable what some players are allowed to get away with. A lot of politics involved in how the facility handles complaints. If you're from one of their favored areas, your players are basically allowed to get away with assaulting other players on the field during games. The rest of us are out of luck. Either we choose not to play at this facility, or we just take the abuse. If you complain about it on their Facebook page, and it gets too much attention and support from other people who are tired of the abuse, they simply just remove the post and pretend it never happened. Unfortunately, we live in an area where there really is no other option for indoor games.

The staff was amazing in how they diligently worked together to make it carefree fun for the youth. Preparing every meal with precision, attractively and love three times a day for 5 days! perfectly. The top notch menu catered to the youth, the endless activities and the absolute beauty of this place was amazing. The acres of grounds kept perfectly! The concern for our comfort. What a place for the youth to feel absolutely free and not be concerned about anything. To keep the youth focused on non stop activities and relating to each other, no phones were allowed! Good thing! I saw a deer or two. No bears : ) . I strongly suggest you take your teen there to renew, refresh and know what it is like to just feel free.

Our guides were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. We got to see beautiful scenery, bald eagles, porcupines and deer.   When I'm back in the area, I'm definitely going to do this ride with friends. It must be beautiful during  foliage.
