I purchased a 2004 Solara convertible a few days age from a dealer. The car came with one key…read more.. That's it. I researched and found out that the 2004 model had consumer-programmable keys and fobs, so I purchased 2 of each from Amazon, total price $11.99. I programmed the fobs and keys. Thr fobs worked great, Keys needed to be cut. I took the keys to my local Ace Hardware, and they refused to cut them. If I bought them there and got them cut, then fine. Price? $100 per key. Someone recommended West End Safe & Lock, so I went there the next morning. I spoke with Rick and he said "No problem! I can't guarantee they will work though, as I can't verify the source" He took about 10 minutes to cut both keys. My cost? $20.00 total. I took them to the car and started it with each key. Perfect. THANK YOU RICK!

Absolutely wonderful. Got the information for this service from our realtor when locked out of our…read morenew home. We had already had another lock smith come, who was absolutely terrible- that guy almost broke the sliding glass door and incorrectly drilled out the lock in the garage, only to tell us he had "the wrong drill bit." Didn't trust our Google abilities after that. Got connected with Darrel (I believe was his name...) after hours, and he told us he could do it, but since it was after hours (9pm.....) it would need to be in cash, and $180 since we were also further away from his location. At first, that was a LOT of money, especially considering the wallets, car keys, etc were all locked in the house. After figuring it out, he arrived and cut a new key on the spot that worked. He then asked to see ID's and deed to the home or he would lock us back out, and we were all to happy to provide him with everything needed. He also helped us clean up the mess left by the first person we called. Cannot recommend this business enough- honest, good guys, doing work by the book, and not doing more damage!

They are: quick, professional, polite, accommodating, thorough, informative, patient, and just pleasant to be around! I can't say enough good about them and JUST-IN-TIME GARAGE DOOR SERVICE!!!!! Both remotes for our 13-year-old garage door opener had quit working. New batteries didn't help and they no longer accepted programming, neither did the two new remotes we purchased. I found JUST-IN-TIME GARAGE DOOR SERVICE on YELP and contacted them Saturday morning via their website. Justin contacted me mid-morning and within the hour Joe and Noah arrived and diagnosed our garage-door problems. Joe explained everything thoroughly and he and Noah went right to work replacing the motor, springs, remotes, and wall-button. And everything was complete, and their work area cleared in less than 2 hours! Everything now works seamlessly and quietly. We are tickled pink! Thank you Joe and Noah and JUST-IN-TIME GARAGE DOOR SERVICE!!!

Edward immediately responded to my request for a quote. He was professional, personable, and sympathetic to my budget concerns. In the end, Cat6 provided me a quote that I could not turn down and they executed the job within three days of initial contact! The job itself was also well done. In fact, I originally indicated I had the proper gooseneck so they didn't need to provide one. However, it turned out my gooseneck neck cap was too small. Rather than pushing the job off to another day, Edward and Miguel went right out and purchased the correct materials and got the job completed by the end of the day. In short, I highly recommend Edward and the Cat6 team.

Excellent Service - Fast, Affordable, and Convenient!…read more I was very happy with the quick response after submitting an online quote request! Communication was fast and smooth, both online and via text. I really appreciated that all of my questions were answered clearly, and the price for immediate service--especially on a Sunday--was excellent. I had initially contacted the dealership to replace the key/fob for my Toyota, but their price was outrageous! Not only would I have had to wait for delivery, but I also would've needed to tow my car to their location. Thankfully, I found "Discount Locksmith"! Their service was a fraction of the dealership's cost, and they came directly to me. I reached out on Sunday morning, and by midday the job was done--in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend them!! The money saved and the time I didn't waste addressing this urgent issue for our daughter was truly invaluable.
