Most recently I was up against a SOL deadline and was unable to open a case in federal court because the MFA was not working. I called ABC, spoke with the messenger manager, explained my dilemma, uploaded the documents, ABC advanced the filing fee (10%) and within 3 hours of my call, I received notice of the suit from the court. The $120 fee was well worth it, given the expedited need for service. The website is very useful in uploading documents for delivery and in tracking progress. The payment portal is also very well designed.

Their Internet was down so she said we could only pay cash, no cards. Asked if they would stay open so we could run to the bank to get cash out, she said maybe. We ran to the bank for cash ... rushed back, got there 3 mins after closing and she had closed already. If you're not going to wait even 5 minutes, just say that. It's not my fault the internet isn't working at your office. I know it's not yours either but you could've tried to stay open at least 5 minutes. My husband and I and our two kids were just trying to get home in time for work on a 16 hour drive after seeing family here up the Methow for Christmas. I used to live here and I know there are people with very kind hearts. This was just a little surprising. :(
