We were on our way out of town and rushing after dealing with one issue after another and stopped in at Chelan Auto License to get a trip permit for a trailer we were pulling.. Their Internet was down so she said we could only pay cash, no cards. Asked if they would stay open so we could run to the bank to get cash out, she said maybe. We ran to the bank for cash ... rushed back, got there 3 mins after closing and she had closed already. If you're not going to wait even 5 minutes, just say that. It's not my fault the internet isn't working at your office. I know it's not yours either but you could've tried to stay open at least 5 minutes. My husband and I and our two kids were just trying to get home in time for work on a 16 hour drive after seeing family here up the Methow for Christmas. I used to live here and I know there are people with very kind hearts. This was just a little surprising. :( read more

I have tried, twice, to get handicapped parking placards for patients of mine, that are disabled. TWICE. She said she did not like my letterhead, as a physician. What? I kept asking her what she meant, and she did not know, just that she did not like it? I kept asking what to fix, as in over 36 years of practice I have never heard of this, and have gotten countless other handicapped parking placards the same, identical way, and she kept saying she did not like it. I asked if I could redo it somehow and she ended by saying what ever I brought back, she would have it investigated by Olympia, what ever that is? I am licensed in Washington State. Strange. I now just mail them in, same letterhead, same everything, and Olympia sends them back, fully approved every time. read more

The only license agency in town, so not like you have any choices. However the lady here does a good job, and we have never had any issues. Little hard to find the first time, it shares a building with All Season Rentals. Only a small signs above the door marks the spot. Also keep in mind as a single person office, they are closed during lunch. read more
