He seemed stressed about getting other tasks done but annoyed by the customers. I was a sm at a corporate store and it's a shame to see the brand and experience be so bad, especially for one the only bookstore cafes in the area. Definitely not like it used to be.

This is a huge bookstore, with front side of it mainly has gift items and accessories. Middle and…read moreback side of the store have all kinds of books, including children's books, greeting cards, toys and board games. Each book section was clearly marked with its category. The store is very clean and tidy. There were plenty of staff in the store keeping things in place, helping customers with questions and also do the checkouts. We bought some greeting cards, stickers and a kid's story book from the store. Prices were decent for all the items. The checkout process was quick and easy.

The rough draft was published, four days before they said I could finalize the obituary ! There's a reason the Burlington Free Press is failing. Cash grab paper, because they didn't want me too, maybe shorten the Obit. They cannot sell their newspapers ! They also charged me over six hundred dollars for a small obit. There's a reason you have a one star review, Cash grabbers and liars. Now I know why seven days has many, many more obits. You should be ashamed of what was once the newspaper to read.

We we're outside talking and the attendant banged on the window, pointing to the sign that said no parking, customers only. He said " the parking is for customers only you need to move your car or I will have you towed" I said.." listen I just picked up my daughter from the airport I was meeting my X to pick up my son here and coming in to buy drinks for us because we have to drive all the way back to New York.." he said " people from the airport always use my parking lot you cannot park there if you're a customer fine come in and buy something but don't just park in my parking lot" I asked if he had a boss I could speak to.. he said he owned the place. He also threatened to call the tow truck and the cops because apparently I didn't go into the store fast enough for him... I'm writing this review on his horrible customer service and he's rude nasty attitude. I cannot fathom treating somebody who is going to give you business the way that man treated me.. After I walked out of his store completely angry at the way he treated me he literally chased me to the car to take down the plate number... I simply laughed at him and told him good luck with that the police are not going to charge me for not going into his door quick enough to buy something... Although I do have to say I'm pretty happy I didn't buy anything from him his store was disgusting filthy dirty..
