Everything was neatly sorted on hangers by style, size, and color. The staff is constantly moving around, returning clothes to the racks and making sure the place stays orderly. Found lots of good quality hand me downs, some even with the tags and most were decent brands. One really cool thing about this location is they offer a rewards card. For $10 you get a year membership and save 10% every time you shop. There's also an added discount on Wednesdays and the week of your birthday. What I did find minorly confusing and wasn't much of an inconvenience, was the fact that the donation dropoff center area which the main entrance was located outside the building (I didn't know this upon entering), was closed. I heard that you can ask for a donation slip to report to taxes, which isn't like a super major big deal to me, but that's something nice if you are looking to get some of it written off.
