OMG, the material was buttery soft (softer than Alo and Lululemon) and I loved the feel of them on my skin. I felt confident and they looked nice on me. I left with a pair of their AllTheForm Pocket Legging in Black for $118 and Energy Tee Long in Riviera Blue Heather for $58. It's such a cute color combo to wear together or to mix and match with other pieces. Since it was my first time, I got 20% off my first purchase. I just had to give them my name, phone number, and e-mail address. And just like that, I saved $35.20.

Worst experience I have ever had shopping for shoes. Wasted 2 hours only for this Low IQ salesman…read more"Alexis" to pretty much force me into some undesirable Brooks and even when I complained about certain issues he said "oh that's ok". I thought they probably know what they're talking about considering they "measured" my foot and are "experts". Nope. They don't have a single clue, especially this kid named "Alexis". Anyway i bought the shoe and immediately knew it wasn't going to work. But he constantly reiterated I would get a "refund" if I signed up for this $20 membership. So i thought ok cool I can just return them anyway. I come back in with the shoes to process the return, and lo and behold this criminal liar "Alexis" says it's for "store credit only" and "he thought he made himself clear". He never ever mentioned "store credit" only "refund". So I had to settle for store credit at a store I will never shop at again. BEWARE of the tactics these scammers try to pull. They also tried to sell $200 insoles!!! $200!! More than a nice shoe!! Fraudulent business practices and they clearly hire uneducated con artists off the street. NEVER come here if you want to find a good pair of shoes and be knowledgable in the process. They have zero idea what they're doing. Go to individual stores of the brands you like, you won't find any answers here. I hate scammers. Especially this criminal employee named "Alexis". Well that's why you work at a shoe store I guess.

Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.
