I tried to cancel my membership and called THREE times and was told it would automatically cancel at the end of the 1 year and come to my surprise it didn't so I went in to go cancel it and they then said I have to give 30 days notice and pay for the remainder 30 days which I did. When I first joined the gym I loved the overall atmosphere and it being a woman's only gym and so I encouraged my mother to join as well as she was looking for a gym to join. They were also extremely rude to my mother and even charged her for three 1:1 classes with a personal trainer that she never even got to attend because it was at the bigging of covid and the gym had closed, she talked to them and they said they would not give her money back. During covid they even charged me for 6 months after speaking with them and having my account put on hold because I didn't want to be charged if they aren't even open. They are just there for the money. Its very unfortunate because I feel had it not been for the staff and money I would truly love this gym.

CC says the original price was a "mistake" and pointed out their weasel words buried somewhere in their website. Don't get suckered into paying more than the advertised price at CC! From online reviews this problem seems to have a bit of a pattern with them. If this happens to you get your money back and spend elsewhere. In the past year, that employee has since left and I have been disappointed every time now when I pick them up. I showed them pictures of how I wanted them cut (very simple, short everywhere including face and ears) yet I pick them up and they have beards and long ears. I'm sad it's come to this! I really did like them. The lady who helped me never smiled once and didn't even know which copy of the receipt was mine. I'm all for training new employees but at $175 for my two small dogs not even groomed as I asked... I'm left frustrated and disappointed.
