I have been to many spas in my life time but none compare to Lagoon Spa. The service was above and beyond. We were vacationing in Key Largo and my mother in law and sister in law and I decided to get massages. We got the royal treatment. All of the therapists were so pleasant and nice and they made sure we had a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Thank you all so much for taking good care of us. Wonderful Massage This place may not seem like much from the outside, but once inside you escape to a total heavenly realm of relaxation! Linda went above and beyond and accommodate our group of 4 on short notice! Place is very clean, professional and exceptional massages. They took the time to figure out what type of massage we like which was appreciated since my husband likes deep tissue and I prefer just relaxation massage. We did a couples massage and the room was nicely decorated and so relaxing!! Highly recommend this place! This Spa is a total Gem! It is located in the Key Largo Professional Center and there was plenty of parking. Came here for a couples Massage with my husband during our Babymoon. The Spa is very quaint clean & beautifully decorated. Lynda was extremely hospitable upon our arrival. We were placed in a room with two Massage beds and it was very nice. The decor, lighting, room temperature, music selection & volume was just right. My husband choose a Swedish message & I choose a Prenatal. I thought it was really nice how they had a body pillow ready for me and made sure I was comfortable throughout my Massage. We were each given the option to select from different types of available scented or unscented oils. The Massage itself was excellent. After our Massage they kindly provided us each with a bottle of water which was a super nice touch! I was told they also offer mobile services, I am actually very happy I went to that Spa as the ambience allowed us to relax & disconnect. My husband called the day before to get a couples massage. When we arrived for a morning massage, Linda met us at the door offered us water, introduced us to the other masseuse, Silvia and then took us back to the room. They made sure to ask us what we preferred and if there were any injuries they should know about. They were tentative but not to talkative as we still wanted to relax. I had Silvia and when I tell you she found and worked on ALL the knots in my shoulders and back!! It was incredible! I like my massages firm and she did not disappoint. I feel like the amount of pressure she had to use was more than she was use too for any one client that wasn't a guy but I sure did take all of it and loved it. It definitely got these mom knots out. If I lived closer I would definitely go back often... My husband who prefers things a bit less rough, enjoyed his massage as well and he left feeling very relaxed. The gal at front desk was kind and seemed to genuinely care. My 2 star rating would be for the massage I received. Lack of proper technique or understanding of deep tissue massage had me leaving there tighter than I went in. I was taught when massaging limbs, you always start furthest from heart and work towards heart. This was not the case. As well, with deep tissue, one should work on and hold pressure knots to release them. This was not the case. Lastly, massage should be done evenly, right and left. This was not the case. Sadly, I left disappointed only to come home and work out my own knots using a Theracane. Too pricey of massage for lack of experience. read more

Monday 10th 2019...Let me say first that Lagoon Spa's Kung fu is strong! My girlfriend and I booked the appointment for a couples massage and it was awesome. Very accommodating, the massage therapists found our muscle issues without even being told, and worked my left peck pain, and my girlfriend shoulder pain into distant memory. It's only been a couple days but we are both pain free and appreciative. A couple of things that set this place apart, one is she (apologize I am horrible with names) massaged my brow line and the muscles between my ribs, which so far has cured my chest pain. Never had anyone do that before, so that was different. My girlfriend's massage therapist Annie was an acupressure specialist and went through breathing exercises with her as she addressed her shoulder pain. Thanks! read more

The spa was easy to find and they had a nice couples massage room set up. Linda and Marissa were respectful and asked us what we wanted to focus on for the massage.
