My friend and I booked an hour massage here and had a very weird experience. First off it smelled like cat urine. Not good. When I went to use the toilet they had signs up to not poop in the trash can???? Like what??? My was ushered into the massage room and my masseuse was getting dressed. Ok why didn't she have clothes on??? The massage was fine but my masseuse and talking to my friend's masseuse through the curtain that separated our rooms....loudly and in Chinese. Not exactly relaxing and zen. The whole experience was just plain weird. I tipped my lady with cash and they weren't thrilled with paying the bill with a credit card. I actually drove myself up to Miami a few times to get a massage off groupon. And while it was great, something about a 1-3 hour roundtrip drive to get a relaxing massage makes it anything but, well, relaxing! When the boyfriend was visiting for New Years, we tried out this place and we both were so pleasantly surprised and pleased. The prices are very reasonable for the Keys. It's simple frills -- there's some elevator music playing, they do use hot towels to take off the massage oil, and you are in private rooms. But the massages themselves are stellar! Muscles and areas I did not know I had were worked out and felt great after. I love hard massages and I usually find myself wanting the masseuses to go harder. Both my friend and I got an hour long massage which included hot stones and we left the place feeling amazing ready to start our vacation in The Keys. Probably the worst massage I've ever had. I didn't expect a high-end place going into this parlor, but I did expect decent service for the $70 price tag. The massage therapist seemed totally unenthused and angry that I wanted service. Then she led me into a decently-relaxing room but with no instructions to make me feel comfortable. Didn't ask how hard/soft I wanted, didn't ask about problem areas, no communication at all. The massage was not unskilled-- just completely lazy. I am not even sure this therapist had a license as it is nowhere on display. She repeated the same feeling-less, sometimes actually painful, motions probably 30 times on each side. I came in with a body full of tension and soreness, and left with the same. The therapist left the door open for a long period of time in which I could hear other guests coming and going and the other therapists speaking Chinese. She also cut the massage 5 minutes short and did not even touch my feet (which is supposed to be part of the massage). This was an infuriating waste of money and time. Invest in a real therapist who CARES about your body and knows what they're doing. I've heard of some people having better massages here, but it's a gamble. And why gamble with $70 when you can go get a guaranteed-good session for a bit more. Save your money and your time and don't go to this lazy establishment that just wants easy cash. read more

I walked in yesterday. Their establishment license and therapists license were all expired. Not a legit place. One Asian person there claimed she couldn't speak English. But asked me why I was looking at license vs prices. FYI people if you can't read and write English you probably don't have a real massage license!!! read more

This is the worst experience I ever had for a massage. The therapist did the whole massage was too fast. There was nothing relaxing about it . The music was piano elevator music. You could hear everyone who was coming in and out of the business. She left the door to my room open the whole time. She left to take a phone call in the middle of my treatment. I think she was so busy worrying about what she might miss out side the door that she couldn't do the massage. Instead of being relaxed at the end of the treatment I felt like I was going to explode, I was so angry. We get by weekly Asian massages at home in California and decided to try Asian massage. Both my husband and I received some of the best massages We've ever had. I found this establishment and staff to be extremely competent and professional. The price was reasonable. I wish we were staying longer so we can get another massage in a couple days. PS.
