The building has lots of fun looking accommodations but they aren't operating to their potential. The arcade games were very gimmicky feeling. There were strings on the bowling pins. So much can be done to improve the customer experience. They probably just need someone corporate to visit this location to rectify the issues. There isn't a whole lot that needs to be done to correct the issues, but something needs to happen or else this place will go out of business at the price point. They also have a small game room, most of the games are on the older side, and they still use tokens here, something you do not see too often anymore. I did not try the batting cages. We had so much fun that we ended up staying 5 hours and closed the park down! We got to hold a baby alligator and watched feeding time for the adult alligators. We bought a couple of feed cups and fed the other animals in the zoo. The zipline experience was so much fun that we decided to upgrade and do the full 7-line course. For anyone who can't decide which one to do, I highly recommend doing all 7. The last one is the best! Shout out to Kent, Trey, Julian, and Sierra (my apologies if I got any names wrong). They were all so awesome and made the day so much fun! It's clear they really enjoy what they do and care about their guests' experience.
