The fee wouldn't have been bad but the VIP didn't have any extra perks we couldn't have gotten at the regular lane. The host couldn't see my reservation in the system. We even showed him the receipt from our email. The bartender was nice and was the only person (besides the janitor) who came off like she actually worked there. So much can be done to improve the customer experience. They probably just need someone corporate to visit this location to rectify the issues. There isn't a whole lot that needs to be done to correct the issues, but something needs to happen or else this place will go out of business at the price point. I'll be back before I just write this place off. It definitely has potential.
