Joshua took time to talk on the phone about the job, asked great questions beforehand, then came out the next business day to look at the install job and give me a quote. He counselled us OUT of doing the work, and for that, I'm SO GRATEFUL. he could have easily just talked about the necessity of the job, and I wouldn't have known better. But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need. And, I'll be telling everyone I know about him, for sure. Plus, he's a family guy, loves his wife daughter and talks about them with lots of love and pride. The outdoor unit ended up having a manufacturer issue. MRCOOL sent a replacement condenser, and Downeast came back out to install the new unit and make sure everything was working correctly. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem and handled the replacement without any hassle. The guys who came out were great and the work was done professionally. They helped to trouble shoot and fix 7 issues throughout my 3 apartments about 4 hours.
